Quality of the jump rope is sturdy, the handles are very lightweight and comfortable to hold with the soft foam. It was pretty easy to adjust the rope to my height. The two-piece mechanism which prevents the rope from tangling also holds it in place. To adjust the length, all you need to do is unscrew the bottom of the hand, pull the rope down until you see the plastic mechanism then separate the top half of the two-piece cap and slide to your desired length. I had to adjust it about three times to get it to the right length. The price is very affordable. This is one of the better jump ropes I have purchased and would most likely buy the same type again once it wears out. This is a great rope for intermediate to advanced users because it can whip you pretty good as a beginner. Great jump rope overall.

I was actually pleasantly surprised with this jump rope. it's very lightweight, but works perfectly. I am just under 6 feet tall and it was plenty long enough for me.

For the price works great! Does not tangle! Long length! Adjustable! Used for boxing warm ups! Keeps me from skipping a beat!

It is very long. I'm 5'5 and to get it to my desired length I folded it to the handles and put a zip tie around it. The rope itself seems a bit plastic to me but for what I paid for it ($4) and as often as I intend on using it, it'll serve its purpose. I'm not complaining

I purchased this online because of the price. It was cheaper online then in the store. But it is a little thinner than I expected. But for the price it's a good exercise jump rope.

When I got it, the jumping rope was covered in dust. I had to use disinfectant wipe to wipe off the dust. And the previous owner who had returned it had cut off length from it in the handle of it.

I was expecting a nylon rope and not a plastic, it's not high quality either. Not at a competitive price. I could have purchased a product like this from a dollar store. Maybe the price is for the soft foam and the ball bearings in the handle.

The material of the rope bounces back and hits me all the time cause it is made of plastic material. Not suitable for beginners as well. Also once you adjust, the rope from the handle, you can't readjust it.

This time barely lasted 30 days of use before the jump rope detached from the handles!!!! 🙄 Very poorly made if you want to get long term use out of it.

I brought this for my kid. It's working fine, but being a cable kind of material, it really hurts the legs if it hits . My crying every time it hits the legs. Dangerous for little kids. I suggest avoid this
