I honestly want to use it more hi i am mary and in a nursing home at the age of 41 this will be my second year i am working on my life skills i am happy to report that kel the charge manger fully understand that i have been dyi g for a yoga mat around Christmas found one online and purchased one on a gift card i need to use it again so yeah i am going to start doing yoga and workouts

The mat was as described and arrived unwrinkled. The elastic strap holder was more sturdy and useful than I expected- not so much for carrying the mat, but for storage and moving it around in the house.

I am pretty tall %26 can still lay down fully on this thing. A family member also pointed out how well impressions in it bounce right back.

I really Enjoy my mat. It is what I was looking for. The price was very reasonable. I like the thickness and it fits perfect in my yoga travel bag. I will use the mat to attach it to my go bag in case of an emergency. It will be perfect to roll out And lay it on the floor in case I need a nap or is shutting down for the night.

I like that the mat is long, plenty of room for a workout. I have a tiled floor, and it is not very thick. I will continue to worknwith it. Just my opinion.

if your looking for a basic mat to streach on it not very thic though so if you dou situps you will feel your tailbone hurt

The yoga mat is basically falling apart. We barely used it for basic exercise exercises, but it is very poorly built and bits and pieces are falling apart would not recommend at all.
