ProsourceFit High Density Foam Roller 36, 18, 12 - inches

If I were buying this again, I would get a longer one. Otherwise, it is fine, does what I need.

The High Density Foam Roller was a first time success for me. It lessened the pain in my lower back in just 2 uses in one week. I've had the pain for a long time so I know I'm on the right path to a permanent solution. I used all how to use info on Prosource site to success. I'm using the other products I bought to supplement my workouts too. Excellent products and the buying process was smooth and professional.

It was what I needed at a good price and I received it quickly.

so far everything I have purchased from prosource has been exactly what it was describe to be. will keep buying products from them until I don't like what I get but I do not for see that coming.

Very nice size for rolling out legs and works for my back too. Love that this roller is made of very nice material, it doesn't feel cheap or like it will become misshapen.

My daughter's swim coach bought some of these and my daughter asked for her own for Christmas. We bought a 12 and a 36 and they are both great. 36 may be a bit too long and we could have probably gotten by with a 24 or even 18.

The link is to short, not enough to rally the back.

The purple is just the 12" size and there is no option to buy a 24" or 36" in it. Additionally the other colors also do not specify which length they're coming in.

This was labeled as 12 inches and it was only 6 and was really soft. I have this brand in 12 inches and it was previously good and very hard but what they are marketing as 12 inches was only 6.

my Doctor advised this roll might help the pain in my hip. It did not help.
