This bench is easy to assemble with the tools that are provided. It takes approximately 45 minutes to unbox and assemble. The bench is really a sturdy piece of equipment. I have managed health spas and weight rooms from California to Maine so I think I know a good piece of equipment when I see it, and this is a good value for the money!

It's way nicer than one I paid more for previously! Assembly was uncomplicated and relatively quick. I'm delighted by my purchase!

This is a good purchase for a good price (that i paid). the seat covers seem a little thin but doesnt take away from the quality. light to move but sturdy during use. I like it very much

This took a while to assemble ( hour ), but I did it using the instructions. I was then able to carry it up a flight of stairs to my workout room. So it's not too heavy; but very sturdy, well built, great quality. I wanted this type because I wanted to be able to do extensions for quads and hamstrings on a sturdy bench with smooth controlled movements. Great way to build leg muscle without potentially hurting myself. Love this bench.

Simple to assemble and feels very stable.

Simple instructions so assembly was a breeze. Seems sturdy enough and a plus is it's multifunctional.

The pads under the leg at the knee cause pressure on the back of the leg. I think they need to be level with the bench seat. The bottom roller pads at the ankles are too far out and do not allow for full range of motion to build strength. The bench is sturdy and well cushioned.

Study bench for laying or incline press. Leg assembly is worthless. If yo put more than a 100%23 on leg extension the entire bench flips up on its side because of the weight imbalance. Also if you're taller than maybe 5'3” your legs are too long to use the leg extension assembly.

No instructions on how to use. Very unsafe without instructions. Do not want without safety use instructions.
