Excellent for 35 dollars. Easy to put together if you have your own ratchets. Not impossible with tools given but less frustrating for sure. not sure how long it will last as it was super cheap but its sturdy so far and works great for me. I was actually impressed with the quality considering the price.

It is slightly too high, however, it seems sturdy enough and allows me to the exercise I want to be able to do. I would recommend it.

No instructions on how to use for exercise ideals. Tell you to ask for Dr 1st an warm up. But nothing showing how many different opt to work out. No just the instruction on how to put together. No QR to a workout program nothing. It is cheap an not sure I will use. Will return. Disappointed
