Great Bench!
Very easy to put together also very sturdy for the price point. I Have been using it for a few months and I am pleased, you can do sit ups, reverse crunches and decent variety of calisthenics and free weight workouts. Great for small spaces and will be a keeper in my at home gym.

Compact %26 Versatile
I love how compact it is. I can adjust it for a multitude of weightlifting exercises. Having the resistance bands is great, they're not topnotch quality but great for the price.

Easy assembly
Very easy to put together with not a lot of screws to assemble.Been using for a month and has been holding up very good.The leather quality is also pretty good.

A decent bench for home workouts
I wish the backrest was a little longer to fit my torso and head when inclined. Also, it seems the upright position locks at a little less than 90 degrees, which makes me feel like I'm leaning a little forward. The cushioning is nice and the folding feature is great for putting the bench away in the closet when I need to.

So this bench is more for women and kids I'm a man but I'm only 5'6”maybe 7” but at the bend where the butt meets the back the pads under your knee are to close to the back it works for me but barely also the other benches same as this without the bands are 45$-60$ the bands that come with this are I would say the lightest they make I have my own that I put on in place of these and way way better they just seem like dollar store bungee cords so not worth the 30$-40$ more just for the bands booo so it's nice if your small and want xtra light bands but you can buy a nice band set for 30$ and then the 50$ bench and would be way better than this set only because the price for them weak bands

Go with something bigger.
Bought November 2025 and, this bench is just ‘okay'. If you're 5' 7” or shorter , this is the perfect bench for you. If you're heavy-set, go with something bigger and more sturdier. I bought it to workout at home, when the box came; I rolled my eyes. The pictures do not reflect its true size, this bench is small and low.

Bench is uncomfortable the padded ankle bars are stationary they should that you lift your legs up to work your legs
