Flybird Adjustable Folding Weight Bench for Home Gym, Includes Resistance Bands

I bought this honestly to help me with sit ups, becsuse i have alot of back problems and cant lay on floor to do them. It helps me tremendously! and can be used for so much more! I would recommend!

I love how compact it is. I can adjust it for a multitude of weightlifting exercises. Having the resistance bands is great, they're not topnotch quality but great for the price.

Very easy to put together with not a lot of screws to assemble.Been using for a month and has been holding up very good.The leather quality is also pretty good.

Very easy to put together also very sturdy for the price point. I Have been using it for a few months and I am pleased, you can do sit ups, reverse crunches and decent variety of calisthenics and free weight workouts. Great for small spaces and will be a keeper in my at home gym.

We have had the bench for 3 months now and it is still working well. We don't really ise the bands.

Good machine for the money

I wish the backrest was a little longer to fit my torso and head when inclined. Also, it seems the upright position locks at a little less than 90 degrees, which makes me feel like I'm leaning a little forward. The cushioning is nice and the folding feature is great for putting the bench away in the closet when I need to.

Bought November 2025 and, this bench is just ‘okay'. If you're 5' 7” or shorter , this is the perfect bench for you. If you're heavy-set, go with something bigger and more sturdier. I bought it to workout at home, when the box came; I rolled my eyes. The pictures do not reflect its true size, this bench is small and low.

Bench is uncomfortable the padded ankle bars are stationary they should that you lift your legs up to work your legs
