This is an easy to use device for conditioning your legs and hips. It is especially good for the elderly who want to inmprove leg strength and balance. It is a well made device and should provide improvement of the leg and hip muscles if used consistently. Another nice thing is, a person who is just starting out, you only need to apply as much pressure as is comfortable. As your strength improves you can apply more pressure.

Good value for the money. Great tool for exercising Lake muscles the inner thighs and the glutes and can use it for my arms also. Seems to be well made and very easy to use so I didn't find any negatives

Because I am so short? I would need a smaller one. The one I bought I can only use as resistance by using it to strengthen my arms . To use as resistance.between legs I need a much smaller one. Resistance

I like the color and the idea of what it's supposed to do, I thought it was absolutely sensational until I had it between my knees and all of the sudden I heard a strange sound, like bristles slowly breaking apart. I immediately hoped that it's a natural sound that's normal, but I'm truly hesitant to use it, for fear of it popping apart completely!?? I don't think this is a common thing, at least I hope not, which is why I would recommend getting one, but honestly, I'd recommend one with an exercise pamphlet, because I had to look it up through another, more expensive Circle Ring. So it's up to you to decide, but I really liked it until the sound!!! 👍✝️🙏🙏🙏
