Absolutely Gluten Free Flatbread Original, 5.29oz

Wow! These are delicious, I wasn't sure I was going to be able to find crackers like these ever again! Definitely will be a staple in my house, tastes great with cheese or with soup, and I bet would be good for cracker crumbs. The warning of acrylamide is what they put on everything sold in California; if you worry about it, then you will also need to quit drinking coffee, eating French fries or other fried potatoes and chips, olives, breads and crackers, etc. Not saying there isn't a risk, but as long as you aren't eating a pallet of these crackers every single day, you shouldn't quit eating them for only that reason!

These are one of the best GF crackers out there. Fr. The texture is very satisfying, not thin and watery…instead, it’s hearty and bready. They will come cracked and sometimes turned to dust, but it is OoooKay. It’s not the best delivery but other crackers are very papier-mâché in how they feel. And these have a distinct taste and they go the best with cheese. Sharp or just plain string mozz. I always but the three pk even if it doesn’t save me anything.

Simple cracker with crunch. Not a whole lot of taste complexity, which I enjoy. Simple can be delicious too.

It's difficult to find gluten-free crackers that don't remind you of cardboard. The absolutes are not like saltines but are a very good cracker. I have purchased these several times and will again.

I love these, I use them in soup and chili like saltines.

These crackers have a slightly bitter taste. They do not taste good enough to be eaten with nothing on them. You would have to put peanut butter, cream cheese, tuna salad, etc. on them to make them palatable. However, they are gluten-free and grain-free, so if you are on a gluten-free and grain-free diet, they would be perfect for you.

I can't eat gluten or dairy so I'm always trying new products. I was not impressed with this one. It had a strange aftertaste that I can't place, but it's not good. These also crumble instantly. I couldn't use them with cold cuts on top, spreads, or dips.

Love the taste of these crackers. However, it has a warning that they have cancer causing materials (acrylamide). Unfortunately, I won’t be buying them again.

Every single cracker was broken, rendering them totally un-useful for presentation for a party.
