ACE Brand Adjustable Hinged Knee Brace, Black/Gray, 1 Brace

To avoid knee surgery I have been wearing hinged knee braces for most of the last 15 years, including this brand. I am however extremely satisfied with this particular model. It may seem like there's too many straps to start with however it's easy to put on and works so much better than it ever did in the past ... and that surprising as my knee just keeps getting worse over time. Using this brace has made it so I don't need to wear a brace everyday; I can skip a day or two in between. Often I can walk standing much straighter up as I'm not limping as much. Love this kneebrace and I hope that they never change it!

good material easy to use and put on and take off, user friendly, very helpful for injury recovery or, stability assistance when you're having an off day and just tired or weak, just helps your knees ahen you're not at your best, ive tried a few hinged and non hinged braces over the recent few years for various reasons and these are very very good highly recommend.

I hurt my knee 😫 and I'm waiting on my appointment to see a specialist on Tuesday. I needed to protect my knee until I see a Doctor. Thank you Wal Mart

Years ago I shattered my left kneecap and have been trying to avoid knee replacement but just before Christmas, I fell after stepping on my dog's toy and my weight went on the challenged kneecap. I can't see my doctor for several weeks and was in lots of pain, so I shopped around and found this knee brace and it helped stabilize the knee so I can walk without pain! This has been a lifesaver!

I’m a rural mail carrier and I use my personal vehicle while driving in the middle of the seat, so I’m constantly twisting and turning, and pulling bundles of mail and packages over my seat from the back to the front. Not to mention getting in and out, lifting up to 70lbs per package with 200 packages to deliver every day. I’m not as young as I used to be, at least my knees aren’t, lol. Last Saturday I did something to my knee at work, but didn’t realize it until I woke up the next morning in excruciating pain, and couldn’t put any weight on it whatsoever. I couldn’t bend it or straighten it all the way out. It was swollen twice as big as my other knee. I don’t have health insurance so I was willing to try anything before racking up another doctor bill. I purchased this online from Walmart and picked it up curbside at my local store. As soon as I put it on, I could walk again! I still felt a little pain and still couldn’t bend my leg or straighten it out, but I could walk. After 4 days of wearing this day and night, yes even while I slept, I’m able to walk and bend it just like it was never injured. It’s still a little swollen, so I still wear it to work or anytime I’ll be on my feet for longer than 30 minutes, but this brace definitely is a life savor. I’m a 5’3, 150lb female, and it fit perfect. I had been slipping it on over my foot and pulling it up, without realizing you can completely take it apart, that’s how strong the velcro is! There’s 2 straps top and bottom, then 2 more on top of those, and it holds together all day without slipping. I definitely recommend this brace to anyone my size, who’s having issues with their knees. I’m considering purchasing another one for my other knee to wear both while working, to avoid being injured again.

It's all about the knee stabalizers for me. My knees overextend, and turning hurts. As the day goes on, my knees swell, and the pain becomes unbearable. I put on a compression sleeve under the knee brace for extra support and bloodflow. With this setup, I can walk all day. The brace has 4 adjustable straps that secure really well. You don't have to worry about the straps flapping. The only thing I don't like is, when it is new, it crackles when you walk until you wear it enough to break it in.

The knee brace itself is great quality. Fit is good, easy to adjust and pretty comfortable. Works and feels better with leggings or some light pants on, slips leds that way. I use a cut off t-shirt sleeve to cover the brace at night so the velcro doesn't catch on my sheets and blankets.

This brace provides sufficient support, without outdoing all of the muscles surrounding your knee. The amount of support the brace provides is most noticeable when the brace is removed. I did feel discomfort and skin irritation due to the velcro straps. No matter your leg circumference, the large velcro squarish components that mainly keep the brace in place, will not be completely covered. Therefore, the remaining portion of uncovered rough velcro scratches against your bare skin. Best worn over jeans or a leg sleeve of some sort.

I paid extra for delivery and they brought me a used, brace. The box was barely taped together. Ended up having to send my mom to the store and buy a different brace.
