We were so glad to find this product that includes a clip for easy connectivity. Also, it holds better than just a velcro strap. Thanks for carrying this Walmart! My mother, 81 years old, uses this product everyday. The one she has is an older model, but is wearing out.

Good product
Nicely made, lightweight, breathable fabric. If you need this for Summer, the breathable fabric will help. And if you want to dress it up a little; the versatility of the fabric will help with that too. The strap is adjustable but I'm thinking that this might be a wee small for an adult male with a longer arm? The woman wearing it is 5'8", 205 lbs. There is a shoulder strap cover to help with pinching into the neck, but it was a little too thin and short. So she used the seatbelt strap cover from her car. That did the trick. Considering the cost; I decided to overlook the thin strap cover for an overall 5-Star Rating.

Pros No velcro Easy on / easy release with clip. No velcro to scrape skin. Don't have to put on over with quick release. Cushioned pad on strap reduces sr Stress on neck and shoulder. Also can be moved to cover plastic clasp used to adjust strap length so plastic does not press into skin. I wore one for six month a couple of years ago. This was my first one. Here we go again. I recommend it but it will need to be replaced after a month or so of use and washing, but for the price it is a no brainer. Con -More light to moderate support. Limited durability due to light weight fabric

Hard to use after shoulder surgery.
The opening where you insert your forearm is rather short, so it is hard to get your arm in and well seated. The support strap that goes over your shoulder is flimsy and has a very small pad, is not easy to adjust the length. To attach the strap to the front of the sling, it has a buckle that is difficult to close with your free hand. Sending it back for a refund.
