This a good brace it doesn't slide it gives good support. I had to repurchase this because I tore the old ones trying to ride my bike in them. Use them for walking or running only!
Yes, as someone wrote they have smell of the manufacture, but it will go a way after the wash. To me more important is the comfort when I'm wearing I could using for few hours no problem. Happy .
It help with support
I have had 2 knee surgerys in the past and needed something to stabilize my knee while walking due to some minor pain I was having. This brace did the job. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something over the counter. I've had my share of knee braces and this is just as good as the ones I've gotten from my orthos office [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Perfect for sprains, arthritic knees and torn ACLs. Good support and thin enough to to wear under pants.
The moisture control feature of this brace is a much needed improvement due to normal perspiration during routine physical activity. Moisture wicking socks and other apparel are normal these days and the addition of this feature to braces is a natural extension.
Ever since I was a child my knees have been bad and crack when ever I would bend. I work at ups and in the last few years my knees have gotten very bad. I bought 2 of these and they have always worked great but the straps stopped sticking after a few months and one of them started to tear. I would put them on and then they would come undone while I was wearing them. Im not sure how to rate this considering that it does work well at first but doesn't hold up to regular wear.
I am 5' 115lbs. and I ordered a medium because I didn't want it so tight that it cut off the circulation. The top and bottom of it are so tight that it makes my legs hurt. Every time that I walk or move around some, it slides down my legs and I have to pull it back up. I will not be wasting my money again.
The brace even though small is too big. Can't get it to be tight and stay in place. If you are small person it doesn't work. Need to have extra small.
I only wore this for about two hours and didn't walk as well as I did without it. Unknown to me I am apparently allergic to Neoprene, and I got a "terrible" rash wherever it touched my skin. Definitely know if you're allergic to this material. It too five days for the rash to go away.
