ACE Brand Therapeutic Arch Support for Plantar Fasciitis Pain, Adjustable, Black

I use these for running. I wear them in my shoes over my socks and they stay in place. Gives light support to my arch. Just what I need to lower the tension and pain in my plantar fascia. They take up minimal space which I prefer at times versus wearing an orthotic.

These have been the only thing that have helped eliviate my plantar fasitits pain and assist with my flat feet. Love them! These arch supports have been a game changer for me. Even stopped using my custom made inserts after a year of use... I paid over $400... were unnatural and painful overall.

I was having such plantar fasciitis pain, I was limping around, but needed to go to work. I quickly ordered these online along with some other products and they arrived just as I was leaving for work. When I got to work, I put it on and got immediate support and relief. All the pain wasn't gone, but I was able to get through my work shift. Along with heel stretching exercises—these supports seem to be helpful right away. There are two separate inserts and you can use one or two in the support sleeve. The sleeves are marked with pictures of how the inserts should be placed and are easy to use. It does seem to slide forward a little in your shoe the more you walk, but not too badly.

Bought this for hubby, he was having pain walking and this really helped. He wears one over his socks in his shoes daily and it seems to be working. I bought several to be thrown in his sock drawer.

These little things are amazing! I was having heel pain and did not think I needed arch support but wow, what a difference. I have already bought two more pair just so I won't run out in case they stop making them. 😊

My heel felt like it was burning because my fasciitis was so bad, I found this product. The arch support is firm and feels great and my fasciitis is much better, not perfect but pain went from about 7 to a 1

This does not squeeze the ankle like many do, so circulation is not affected much. It has two different stiffness level inserts and the breathable neoprene fabric is already two layers thick on the bottom. I thought I'd need the stiffer one with my sandals but the little built in support they offer meant I only needed the softer insert for my severely fallen arches. Inserts are held in place firmly by a pocket sewn to grab the inserts firmly, and the opening is on the inside so the insert can't really go anywhere. The velcro strap closure does not have to be very tight to hold mine in place so shifting up or down the foot should not be a problem and side to side shifting is unlikely because of the snug pocket for the shaped insert that flares upward on the inside to fit the inner arch of the foot. There is no pseudoscience mention of 'copper' with this product. Copper is not magical.

I have plantar fasciitis %26 these have helped me because they make my feet feel comfortable. The only problem is that they move so I have to keep adjusting them even when I put the straps on very tight, but they are helpful to my feet.

that was not a good fit for me because it don't give me the relief that I needed but maybe it may work for someone just not for me.

Neither my son or I could stand or walk in these, even without the stiff extra supports included. We don't know why.
