I absolutely love these things. I use them when I'm having foot pain due to a sprain and it gives me the perfect pressure on my arches. These are great because I can wear them without shoes or in bigger shoes (like my muck boots) that regular arches don't fit into. They are also amazing to wear with my slippers!
I wanted an arch support that I could use when I was barefooted or in my house shoes. These are easy to put on and adjust, and they are comfortable. They provide light support, which is all I wanted. The material on the top is a little "scratchy" over my bare feet, but I usually have on compression stockings, so that is not a big issue for me.
Was having problems with my feet and doctor and therapist suggested getting insoles but these arch supports really do the job for me…

These are great for plantar fasciitis relief. They slip on easily and stay in place all day.

I originally got these because I have very high arches they are not for high arches. They're semi flat and don't have much support in them.
this was just cheaply made so it's not the greatest fit. It doesn't help the peace goes down so it doesn't even give you the support that you need. I wouldn't recommend this at all unfortunately wasn't helpful to me at all.
I ordered these before and really liked them so when I needed more, I placed the order. Very disappointed they hardly had any padding. Totally useless.
