excited to put together
The bike itself looks great and seems like good quality overall, but unfortunately the box arrived pretty damaged and a few plastic pieces were broken because of it. The packaging looked like it took a serious beating during shipping, especially around the top corners. Thankfully, the main parts seem fine, but it was disappointing to open a brand-new product and immediately find damaged pieces. Other than the shipping issue, everything else looks solid and I'm still excited to put it together.

She's only rode a short time and handle bars aren't working and pedals fell off had to carry it back home .
