I love this laptop! The screen size is nice and big and the 10 key being built into the keyboard is perfect for any type of data entry or work from home. I honestly have not found one thing I do not like about this product...

This is a great laptop. Easy to set up and use .. Perfect for my needs. Walmart delivered it the next day. Really impressed with Acer and Walmart today

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided that a laptop would be more beneficial for us for many reasons. First due to its flexibility to be in different locations in our home; our office, work area and kitchen. It is a laptop that everyone in our family uses. Mom/Dad for work related, emails, zoom meetings and kids for online school assignments etc. We will also take with us when we travel. There is a 1080 full HD screen on this that is also great for movies/games etc. To begin with this laptop was the easiest to set up ever. There is a manual included however we let the voice guide us through the process. The process of set up was simple and very user friendly. We connected quickly with our Wi-Fi, and each additional step had a voice and screen prompt. We also like that Windows 10 home and Microsoft 365 were already included. Cortana is also already set up and can assist with apps, files and settings. Just look for the Cortana icon. We did not have to use customer support however there was a flyer included with an 866 number and a website address for additional assistance. So far everything is working very well with the Acer Inspire. There are so many important features that this laptop has. We like the versatility, speed and the user friendly set up on this laptop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so extremely happy with the results of this Acer laptop!! It is a beautiful vibrant blue color lid and and around the screen and keys. The keys press so softly and doesn’t make a lot of noise either. The screen is a perfect size for being able to see decent. When you first start up the laptop it has a set up menu where you make an account or hook up and already used one. I made a new one went through the process connecting internet and all it was a very smooth and easy process. Windows 10 is a little different you have to buy all your apps and all through the store. Now you can turn off that safe mood and be able to download outside the store but you can’t turn that mode back on so make sure that’s what you want. S the computer was super fast and quick moving. You get a year of Skype premium and word with it as well. I can easily do my school work and browse the internet as well as social media very quick and easy. The charger is long and charges super quick in my opinion. I also charged to 100 percent and unplugged and a few hours late it was still charged and only at 82% . It also does come with a camera and microphone installed. The camera is decent not the best but it gets the job done. The laptop is very light weight so can easily be packed up and brought on the go. Overall the system is very fast and has lots of storage space on it. It does come with games downloaded so I uninstalled alot of them since I will be using it for college classes.

it's a good little pc but I was looking for more of a full pc so I could play the sims but this dose not have much memory I can download the sims but it will not open the game you should really explane things better on the website page so people will know more about what they are really getting.

I’m enjoying this laptop. It’s a basic laptop but it does what it’s supposed to do, as soon as I logged in it gave me the option to change from windows 10 S mode. I was upgrade to windows 11 S mode for free because it came with that option when setting up. (Too bad some customers didn’t really pay attention to that!) Also I was able to change from S mode to windows 11 home since I needed to download software not in the Microsoft App Store. It also came with 1 year of windows 365 which benefits me as a student. I was also able to change out the RAM and add an additional 500 GB hard drive for storage since it’s a 128GB built in hard/flash drive on the motherboard and the upgrade to windows 11 took 20GB of that space (the file can be removed if you choose not to go back to windows 10). This computer has a good battery life and charges very quickly. It’s perfect for the basic everyday user and for students to do their assignments on. The keyboard is softer than what I’m used to and I’m enjoying using the mousepad it’s very tactile and responds great. It has a 1.10 GHz speed and a dual core processor so basic games may work but this is not a computer for heavy gaming/gamers.I’d recommend it for basic use and the price is a bonus.

Easy to use but it is not compatible with PANTUM laser printer because of the S mode, also when I tried to sign in to Office 365 it says only one month free and wants my credit card for after that, the description says one year of office free!? Which is it?

This is a terrible computer, the volume is very very low and the mouse pad is almost impossible to use. I lightly tapped the pad nothing, again and again and finally hitting the pad harder it worked. I threw away the box and after trying the computer, I pulled it out of the garbage to return the computer.

Just got the it and it will not charge after weeks of waiting for it. Box was messed up and laptop box was to smh
