Acer Aspire 3, 15.6" Full HD Display, 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U, Intel Iris Xe Graphics, 8GB DDR4, 256GB NVMe SSD, Windows 11 Home, A315-59-53ER

I needed a computer with the Windows 11 program already installed as I couldn't install it on my old Acer computer. I also like the fact that it also has the Intel processor. So far, the computer has been working great and is a lot faster than the old one.

I've only had it for a month but so far so good..

Overall, I like this laptop. It's fast, tolerates the umpty-nine tabs I have open on multiple browsers, looks nice, and has all the features I need to teach my online classes and run my other online businesses. However, I wish there were a shortcut button on the keyboard for the calculator. That's not a big deal, though. It would be great if the battery life were longer; after about 3.5-4 hours of use, it needs to be plugged in again. I can't complain too much since I did get it for a bargain price.

Took a long time to set up

I was sold a computer that is four year old and it doesn't work. No where in the description was I told that I was buying an old device. Now I can't get a refund nor am I allowed to return. Stay away from Acer and don't trust Walmart to do the right thing.

it was delivered from the store not shipped. the box was damaged and the computer isn't even new. someone from the store ripped me off. It has a return sticker on the box and why was that even on the shelf to be sold. So either the shopper or delivery person is a thief and they won't take it back because serial numbers don't match

I think I received the wrong product, but I cannot see all the specifications unless I pass rhe rating

On the second day, the computer battery was dead. Plugged into a new socket it would not charge. Tried to return at Walmart. They would not accept it back because they could not find where I bought it. Bad computer bad service

Says it comes with 12 month subscription, $70 value, but it does not. Spent way too much time in the store, online, on the phone several times, bounced to ACER, etc. Finally got only a partial refund of the difference. Close to worst customer service of my life. Rain Man movie had it right about Walmart.

In all fairness I haven't been able to use my computer in the way I purchased it for yet. Buying this computer has been the worst experience I have ever had with Walmart. I will be returning it if they can not help me. It's been such a terrible experience and four computers later I finally figured I'd be happy with my purchase and that is far from what is happening. I do not ever recommend purchasing a computer from Walmart- a truly terrible experience. As far as the computer I don't even know if it's a good one as I've not been able to use it just yet!
