My son loves this computer! It is super fast and he loves the touchscreen. He uses it for school every day. He was using a ipad for his school work, but he chooses this ACER now instead. I am thinking about getting another for myself! I love the pen!

So far this has been the best laptop I have ever purchased. It is fast. It takes seconds from turning on to surfing the net or reading emails. plenty of space on the hard drive. For a home personal PC this is as fast if not faster then my work laptop. The upgrade to Windows 11 was simple, fast and easy.

Great Value and Shopping experience. Everything went as advertised and shown (price, shipping, ...). This Acer Spin3 product works great and has everything needed in this size notebook. My wife uses it in the car. It's not too big and the touch screen and foldable keyboard work great in small spaces.

THe laptop is fast and very light for a budget. The touchscreen works really well and i love the fingerprint signin. I have the option to upgrade to windows 11 but for now, i am keeping the Windows 10.

I had this computer for a week.Then,microsoft tried to update something,and totally locked up the screen-I could not do anything with it.-Called support-they wanted me to send the computer to them,to work on.I decided that I did not want something that had to be worked on after a week,so I started let Fed Ex pick it up this morning. Also,the only instructions you really get are online.

Was very happy with this computer until a little over 2 months the touchpad stopped working. My order says I can still return but when I press the start return it says its too late. Not very good customer service and touchpad.

This laptop failed to boot up exactly 8 days after the return policy limit expired. It takes about 8 minutes just to boot to the ACER logo which goes away after 10 minutes and goes to a black screen, even though it's still running. I have purchased ACER computers for years and this is my first failure. Hopefully ACER will stand by their warranty.

The PC broke 1 month a 2 days, 2 days after the "return date" expired. Even though I bought it on june 27 2022, the warranty expires on Aug 11th 2022, something fishy about this purchase.
