The price is fabulous for the product at hand. The opportunity of using windows10 verses chrome is a lot easier and you can navigate through the process faster. The ability of having it turn into a tablet and a touch screen is awesome for presentations and handling the item.

Had to purchase a new laptop for college, It works really well so far! However it is in s mode so to download Lockdown Browser, s mode had to be turned off.. which was an easy fix! Great value. Perfect laptop for non - complicated tasks. Speed is good, as is the touch screen which flips. You can save money over a more expensive laptop with larger storage by getting an external hard drive or a flash drive. Even though it weighs about a pound more than my 11 inch laptop, it feels lighter because of its larger footprint and the Acer's 14 inch screen is easier on the eyes. I would recommend getting out of the Windows 10S mode so you use Chrome or Firefox. The specs on the Wal-mart web site do not indicate this Acer comes in the Windows 10S OS.
It's a really nice computer but it would not let you download whatever you want... very easy to install.. but you have to install cortana manually which I don't think it should be.. but other than that I love it... an excellent computer got nothing more but excitement...
Great value laptop with reasonable performance. The Acer Spin 3 NX.A4FAA.001 is a lower-priced model that still has enough power to get the job done. If you're incorporating Microsoft's OneDrive (Office365) subscription, the 128GB storage size shouldn't be a problem. If you still require additional local storage, the micro SD feature could accomplish that. Personally, I'm happy with this laptop.
This is a nice 2 in 1 laptop. It has taken me some time to understand how to use it as it is a Windows 10 operating system and I am used to Chrome OS. The tablet mode is a very nice feature especially for using a painting app or going on youtube. I wish it were easier to add google or other apps that I am used to using without having to switch the Windows 10 from S mode (which can cause issues with the security of the laptop). It is a great laptop for the price. It has what I need. I just need to read the manual so that I am able to use it to its fullest capabilities.
Could not activate Windows 10 because the manufacturer did not load a valid key at the factory. Spent 2 hours on the phone with Acer tech support and Microsoft but they could not fix the problem, so I returned to the store for a full refund. This is not an isolated case; it seems that many other Acer laptops have the same problem. If you buy from Acer, make sure that your unit has a valid key so that you can activate Windows.
I just purchased my ACER chromebook in January 2021 (today it is March 23rd 2021) and my "Gorilla Glass" screen is CRACKED! Mind you I've been working on this chromebook all morning and it hasnt left my side so your guess is as good as mine on how this actually happened. The product has not been hit, dropped, damaged, ect. I'm writing this review after contacting ACER customer service and being told "cracked screens" are not covered under the manufacture warranty-- mind you, this product is LESS THAN TWO MONTHS OLD!!! Extremely displeased and I will never purchase another ACER product in my lifetime.
Bad very bad. Just got home and open the box. Tried to turn it on. Boom nothing works. Let it charge for 4 hours. Still not working. Sending this back ASAP. Like frfr
