I like Webroot Secure Anywhere due to its ease to use and the outstanding protection it provides. I've never been hacked while using this program. It informs me quickly if any problems pop up and fixes them promptly. I highly recommend this company to all who wants the excellent protection.

I cannot remove the renew subscription notice from the Webroot screen when I pull up the app, even though it indicates over 300 days remaining. I this persists I will not renew in the future.

I have been with WebRoot since 2007. I have renew every year. When I renewed this last year, I kind of got lost with a new computer, new printer and of course my age. Things has gotten harder for me to keep up with things. I believe I have received the proper software keeping my computer safe. Webroot, I have been with you a long time. Keep me safe ( have until 2027). Thanks

I used one credit card that I thought was denied. I used another credit card that was accepted. When I got my statements back it showed both cards were accepted.on 4-11-26 was from Up connection. The other credit card was from US Bank on 4 -11-26.I should have two years of service instead of one.Let me know what's going on. Thank You

My fault for not reading the info clearly. Its kind of shocking when you get the box shipped, and the only thing inside is a small card telling you tto download the program, and here is the keycode. You can download the program directly for the same cost, you get the keycode emailed to you and you copy/paste it to a new text file that you save. Duh!! If you don't mind getting a box of 99.9% air, go for this. Now, the product so far is living up to the expectation. I had been with Norton for like 25 yrs, and its a great product. But, way too costly. They sugarcoat it by adding simple features that just don't matter much. After researching, I believe webroot is the one to beat.

Recently at end of running system analyzer A warning appeared “system routine needs attention” I neither geek squad nor Webroot on line service could fix. Wedroot tech installed new copy of Webroot anywhere . Still getting message at end of running system analyzer. Some routines cannot connect to Webroot spyware anywhere. ANY ONE HAVE SIMILAR MESSAGE?

I was a previous customer of Webroot and had been using this produce for many years and was always very happy with the product. However, when I had a problem with Webroot I couldn't get any help - not on the website or in trying to contact the company. I finally gave up trying to reconcile the problem and switched to another antivirus provider. After a short time with the new program I began having problems and had to take my laptop to the Geek Squad to get it cleaned up. When I asked them to recommend an antivirus program they suggested Webroot. At that point I decided to try them once more. I now have them on both of our laptops and my PC. So far, all is good except now I am getting warnings that I have registry issues. I don't know how to resolve these new issues so I will keep trying to get them fixed. After that happens I hope to give Webroot 5 stars, but I'm still in the "waiting" mode

Great product but poor support and sales. You have to pay through some other company, support is impossible to get except through slow Web chat functionality in another website again. These guys made a great product and now they are only milking milking milking it. Typically lazy American way of doing business.

This last weekend it diapered completely off my computer finely had to redownload it. it only checks for malware .When I turn the computer on, I have 16 to 20 black boxes pop up and then disappeared. something is in my computer that is messing with it
