most of the people giving bad reviews are inexperienced and impatient.. ive had this laptop before bought it from walmart as well and bought a new one because i have away my old one.. arrived perfectly fine undamaged .. yes the setup takes a while and you must be patient.. mine took a little over 2 hours .. also upon start up the first 10 minuted are a little laggy but thats a given with any electronic these days … after that smooth sailing.. its has tons of storage and is easy to use overall a great laptop for gaming and office work. ps: charge it before you try and turn it on becuase it is dead also when using it make sure not to cover the bottom of your laptop with a completely flat surface because it will overheat try using a breathable surface or prop it up so the bottom of the laptop has airflow.. this is just how laptops are its not just this latop itself .. this laptop is practically indestructible just dont go throwing it around on purpose.. ive dropped and stepped on it more than once (not tooo roughly) and it was perfectly fine .. this laptop is mostly suitable for an adult though..

The HP fifteen point six high definition diagonal screen display has been a great first time laptop experience. My old computer has always been very stationary due to the size and has kept me content until this laptop. The sleek design makes this laptop very lightweight and very easy to transport wherever you go. It has the Intel Pentium processor that makes working on it very fast and efficient. The high definition webcam works perfectly and provides a very clear picture every time. The built in speakers provide a great sound with wireless WiFi and Bluetooth option. The keyboard is very smooth and makes typing on it very comfortable and has been very user friendly. I have had to ask a few friends, that are more computer savvy then I am of all the capabilities this laptop has and found it to be very impressive with the cabilities it has and makes working on things a breeze. I would definitely recommend this laptop and love the vibrant color.

This laptop is too beautiful !!!! I can use anywhere, the HP Laptop. modern, elegant and portable design. I'm in love!!! The battery lasts a long time, I can stay on the computer for up to 10 hours! I have done all my work with this laptop !!! The camera has an optimal resolution, sharp! Super light, I carry it in my bag without feeling the weight. At home, in the office, on the beach, I can use this laptop everywhere! He is perfect!!! I strongly recommend!!!

What does a person want in a good laptop? I would bet you would find everything you need in this one. I am speaking of the "HP 15.6 Pentium Laptop." I had the opportunity to use and review this device and from the beginning, I was hooked. The laptop, (I received the scarlet red color), is easy to set up. It features the Windows 10 operating system which includes "Cortana". She will talk you through everything including setting up to your wireless system. " Cortana" works like "Alexa." Just ask her what to do, and she will oblige. The laptop has a variety of features that include internal microphones, a " Windows " key and camara. It is lightweight and easy to handle. The keys ate large and the Touchpad is very easy to maneuver. This laptop is easier to use than any I have ever operated. The screen is a little over 15 inches which makes for excellent viewing. I highly recommend the HP Pentium.

I am not tech savvy but as a user I am quite happy with my laptop. I love the color and the keyboard. The inner-workings of the laptop function to my expectations. I am a writer and I do a lot of work virtually so, I need a durable device. I haven't had it very long yet so, I may have a revised review later, but I don't expect it to be negative. HP never disappoints.

I am very excited about my laptop that I received as a gift. Can't wait to put it to good use when I return back to school in the fall. It's a plus because red is my favorite color. I looked and compared so many computers, when I came across this computer I couldn't let it slip through my fingers.

Pro's easy to setup outta the box good quality speakers which gets really loud at max volume love the smooth red design Con's. Depends on how you like your backlight brightness when watching videos is too little on the dark side at max brightness picture

I thought all these negative reviews had to be exaggerating because there are so many positive but it's really not a fast computer. I even upgraded my internet thinking maybe it was my plan. It takes forever to start up and then it's freezing and slow loading the entire time. I needed it for my kids zoom and school stuff and they could not use it from how bad it lags when using apps on it. we don't even touch it anymore, don't be deceived by the pretty looks. If all you need to do is bad web browsing with no videos or apps then get it. One thing to note is the screen looks dull like an old computer, no vibrant colors and screen looks pixelated.

The item is not working properly. It needs to be replaced. Please replace this item asap it doesn't work well. It has a serious issue. The system is so slow that to open a page we need ten minutes for that. The OS is not performing properly. Item need to be replaced for its use.

This computer is being used for very basic work uses, reading emails and that is about all. This thing runs slow, always updating something, using Microsoft Edge that came with the computer the internet will freeze/unfreeze and freeze up again. Called HP they accessed the computer, made updates and did other things to make it work better. Was told to do a total factory reset if there was still problems, I did a factory reset and that worked ok for a day or two. It is not uncommon to wait 45min or more on Getting Windows ready Don't turn off your computer and Working on updates. In my case this is the worst computer I have ever owned and should have returned it in the return time frame. Would I buy this computer again? NO!
