It's light, slim and portable with a good battery life. It carries your standard features like any other laptop. She's very excited about the touch screen feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This a chrome book runs on Chrome OS operating system. It has a 13.3 inch screen size, 4GB RAM memory and 64GB hard drive capacity. One thing I absolutely love about this Chromebook is the battery life, it doesn't take long to get a full charge and lasts at least 14 hours long. It is touch screen allowing you to not have to use the mouse function. The convertible function is amazing for those times you want to use it as a tablet as well. The keyboard does disable when it's in tablet form. The size of this Chromebook is barely bigger then a regular standard form of copy paper. It's lightweight and I found it easy to travel with. Has an earphone Jack as well as 1 regular USB port and 2 type C ports- one for charging and other for other devices. I love that one day I could purchase an Acer Pen to use on this Chromebook because I love to color and draw.

Beautiful color, screen in the perfect size...love how you can prop it up for movies and videos. Touch screen makes it easier to use. Good size gig to hold a lot of downloads! I'm able to set parental controls on it and monitor what she's doing on it. I love that the screen rotates because she can watch YouTube and movies on it without the keyboard getting in the way.

The touchscreen responds well and I haven't experienced any lag. I have used it for drawing as well and it works exceptionally. I highly recommend this chrome book if your looking for something more than a basic tablet. You won't be disappointed!

This computer looks sleek and feels nice and light which makes sense because it operates as if it is missing 50% of its circuit board functions. Everything is slow and it will shut down and restart with out warning. I guess the company knows this since they put a function on the computer that will automatically restore your web pages and apps without asking once it reboots. The battery life is ok, I have left it on for about 5 to 10 hours each day and only have to charge it around the 8hr mark (yes I timed it to make sure). The touch screen malfunctions where it will not let me move anything or exited out of a app or webpage, and when i attempt to shut it down (which can only happen through pressing and holding the little power button on its side since there isnt a restart button) it acts as though it will not shut down. It took me 5 tries holding the button for 7 seconds before it shut off so that I could manually turn it back on. Then when it turns back on it freezes for about 20 seconds on the lock screen before allowing me to put in my password/passcode (it gives the option to switch between both). Would not recommend downloading game apps unless they are leisure types like candy crush, because the freezing gets worse on MMORPGs and any thing that requires lots of memory and RAM. The producers put in a warranty that last 5 years which is good for system maintenance only, they will not refund nor will they replace the item according to their warranty. I can go on and on about why this is not a computer for anyone but maybe a child who would not know or care about things like productivity (so, a baby), because I feel a young child around 5 or 6 would find this computer annoying and obsolete. It's great to have a touch screen that flips 360 degrees to be used as a tablet, but not when the over all functions do not work properly.

Bought it August for my daughter for school. She used it for one week and I bought her a different one. This was too slow to use in class. Figured we would keep this one for home use. Every time we have tried to use, it is unbelievably slow, constantly freezes, errors pop up (including for the help/assist link). I should have returned it back in August.
