ACT Anticavity Fluoride Mouthwash, Triple Action, Mint, 18 fl. oz.

I started using ACT Anticavity Fluoride Mouthwash as a part of the Complete Mouthcare System created by Dr. Ellie Phillips (look her up). My oral health was raging with periodontal disease, heavy plaque buildup, honestly, I'm shocked I still have teeth…lol. The system is this: TWICE a day you first rinse your mouth with Closys Ultrasensitive Mouthwash rinse. Do not rinse with water. Second , brush your teeth with a Dr. Plotska's Mouthwatchers Flossing toothbrush and ORIGINAL Crest toothpaste. Do not rinse after with water. Third, Rinse your mouth with either Listerine Original Gold Mouthwash or Listerine Cool Mint mouthwash-Not alcohol free. Do not rinse with water after. Final step, rinse your mouth with ACT. Do not rinse with water after. Pop a xylitol mint or gum, or granules if you're hardcore like me and you're good to go. When I tell you my mouth is always fresh, always clean, there is zero plague on my teeth after 6 months of consistent use. Periodontal disease is at bay! Here's the thing, Dr. Ellie says ACT is highly effective in teeth remineralization. She said if you have kids who fight not to brush, make sure, especially at nighttime, they at least use the ACT mouth rinse. My oral health game has seriously been upgraded, and ACT is a big part of this healing. It's tasty as mouth rinses go, it bubbles up quickly and when you're done your breath is sweet and fresh. Ok, I'm getting off the soap box now. Highly recommend!

If you guys haven't tried this, then you need to you don't need to unscrew that cabin anymore. You just squeeze and it fills it up to the rim and you just chug it. It doesn't burn your mouth. It's not expensive. It prevents cavities and it's all good. I love it.

I've tried several brands of mouthwash and this one is my go to. The taste is the best I've tried. There is no stinging or bad after taste. It helps not only my breath but my teeth. I have sensitive teeth and cavities, since I've been using this mouthwash my teeth feel a lot cleaner and stronger. I highly recommend, especially for the price. Great value for your money.

I have been using this as an integral part of my dental regimen for several years and cannot recommend it highly enough. The taste is quite strong and minty --- which I enjoy -- and the quality is top notch. The only downside is that it is quite expensive.

have only used for a few weeks and appears to work well. Its best for you to test for several months, as it contains twice the amount of floride ion, needed to repair soft spots on teeth. It would have been beneficial if they added some numbing agent (benzocaine) for those who suffer pain. This would have made the product fly off the shelf for those who know what they are looking for.

I have two reasons why I like ACT above other mouthwashes. The built in measuring system which consistently dispenses the exact amount recommended per use and the recommended use of once a day. I trust the other claims are true which makes it superior to other mouthwashes.

This is my go to mouthwash for years. I hate the ones that have alcohol in it because it irritates my mouth. I feel like I shouldn't be putting something in my mouth that makes it burn just for the sake of cleanliness and hygiene. This mouthwash makes my mouth feel fresh without leaving a burning or irritating feel in my mouth. It is also great for anti-cavity and anti-gingivitis care. I also love the ease of automatically measuring within the bottle itself, rather than having to awkwardly pour into the cap or another measuring cup. It makes it so that you can share with multiple people because you can just automatically measure it and just waterfall it into your mouth.

My periodontist recommended ACT for me. It has a good amount of sodium fluoride at 0.05% for fighting cavities and supplements what toothpaste contains. More important to use now after the State of Florida recently banned cities from adding fluoride to the tap water supply.

My dental hygienist recommend a mouthwash with fluoride in it. I went back to what I use to use in my childhood and was really happy. It coats my mouth and tough fighting plaque even when I spit it out. I love the packaging with the squeeze cap and test what cap. If I could change one thing I would fix the flavor. It taste like a diet sweetener substitute was added.
