I'm a massive coffee drinker. As such, I use, abuse and pretty much destroy every Keurig known to man. Descaling always WAS a monthly chore. I've used so many different products that I couldn't name all of them, the list would be far too long. THIS PRODUCT MAKES IT A BREEZE!!! Drop in the tablet…run the descale cycle and flush. All very simple, with clear instructions. Great product AND does what it says it will….CLEANS!!! Will purchase AND recommend to others again…over and over.

it's been a long time since I cleaned my Keurig with a regular cleaner. I was very impressed with this product. I used one tablet and cleaned the individual cup twice and then the pot twice. I can see the difference I can get the correct amount of water at this time very very happy with this product.

I used to simply run vinegar water through my machine several times a month to clean it but then you have to run several carafes of clean water through to get rid of the vinegar smell and taste and these tablets just make it so much easier! And in my humble opinion it does a better job of cleaning the machine and getting rid of hard water scale and old yuck from coffee grinds.

So easy to use, no strong odor, no residual taste! These tablets successfully broke up mineral deposits and residue from a coffee machine that had not been cleaned in quite a while. I did use 3 for the first clean to do a deep clean of all the inner workings, but I'm convinced that following manufacturer suggestions of monthly usage will keep the machine in good working order.

The coffee machine cleaner worked perfectly. I followed the instruction and had no problem removing the lyme scale from my Mr. Coffee Machine. I would definitely recommend purchasing this product.

Directions easy to follow was a quick easy procedure. Not only will I use this again. I gave part of my order to my son who's way at college so he can clean his coffee pot too.

My coffee is tasting so much better after cleaning with these tablets! I've descaled before and never noticed such a change in taste! Very happy and I'm going to descale every 3 months with these tablets!

I'm impressed with the packaging and ease of use of the individual tablets, and I am going to look into other products by this company. HOWEVER-- this product did cause my Keurig K Supreme machine to shut off completely due to the internal thermostat switch tripping due to overheating. The fix was easy--reset the switch (see YouTube), but opening up the machine to get to the switch was a bit labor-intensive. (YouTube videos helped here, too, but after doing it, I think it should've been less involved than the video I watched showed me.) I followed the cleaning instructions of this product exactly..., but because it is marketed to multiple coffee machine types, the instructions are basic. In the end, I realized that I should've used my Keurig's instructions for doing a DESCALING cycle, not a standard brew cycle. When I did the descaling cycle, the thermostat switch did not trip as it had the two previous times when attempting a standard brew cycle.

I didn't see any difference in using this product compared to cleaning my coffee maker with vinegar. Just that it was more expensive than buying a gallon of white vinegar. Unfortunately.
