The review isn't for the smoker itself; it's for Walmart and how they handled the order of the smoker. First, it wasn't ready at its original pick up day (which was placed days in advance). Second, when we arrived for pick up, they rolled out an already assembled, rusted, dented, older model of the smoker that was ordered. We refused it, and said we wanted a new one in a box. They told us they couldn't complete the return on their end, we had to go in the store for an “exchange.” They didn't help bring the old smoker back inside because they said they couldn't. Shame on Walmart for trying to scam us on a brand new $500 smoker for a piece of crap they had inside on the floor.
