Pit Boss Front Shelf - Onyx Edition Lexington 500 Pellet Grill

Excellent build quality. Easy to attach. Very happy with this product. Grill cover slides over shelf easily without catching. I have used it several times and now i can't imagine not having it.

The front shelf is a great addition to my smoker, however, it would be much more effective if it was deeper for more room. The description on the web site does not say that it folds down, which is one of the main reasons I bought it so that my cover would fit. I only discovered that it folded down by reading the reviews. Overall it's a must have for this smoker!

Very handy shelf for the front of our Pitt Boss grill. Installation could not be easier, took only 5 minutes! Folds down so cover fits when not in use. Love it.

If you get a Lexington grill, this attachment is a must have. It fits perfectly, and provides space to lay your tongs or seasoning containers while you tend to your meat. It drops down when not in use, so it does not interfere with the grill cover. You need this. Buy it.

Must have shelf for the small Pit Boss. It is a folding shelf which is what i needed. It is not clear from descriptions but it does fold.

Very easy to put on the grill. you only need a Phillips screwdriver. The shelf folds down when not needed. Seems to be sturdy and provides a way to lay your utensils and spices while cooking.

I wish Pit Boss would have included this with the Lexington. For the price of the smoker they should have

Shelf is smaller than the width of the smoker, which I knew it was shorter. The back of the shelf cut out wide slits was not aligned to the mounting brackets to be able to fold down. Cut out was widened by us. To use as a shelf Folding up doesn't always latch good. There should be a better made item. Good thing we can re- fabricate.

It should be designed little bit wider because I have to move anything on this tray everytime opening the grill lid. Also it should be able to fold down when not using it because it doesn't fit the original grill covert.

Installation instructions are horrible. Still trying to get the shelf to stay in position. Regret buying…price was high.
