Adult Bicycle Assembly

The bike was not put together very well. the handlebars are backwards. the gears are all messed up. missing parts on the on the wires. best do it yourself I'll bring it to someone who knows what they're doing.

Appointment was rescheduled by Angi the morning of and rescheduled for another day. This was frustrating because i took off work to be home. I thought when I scheduled it was set for that day. I was informed if the job isn’t picked up it will be rescheduled by computer.

Edmar S comes to my home with EXTREMELY limited English language skills!! And he comes to my house to assemble a bike and normally bikes come with tires. He did not come with a bike pump. That's utter nonsense. Absolutely not I would recommend him. No way.

Walmart accidentally sent me a cancellation notice so I purchased another bike. Instead they sent me the bike anyway. They refused to take the bike back even though I never took it out of the box! I spent a total of six hours fighting with them both on the phone and two trips to the store. I'll never order online again. I wrote corporate and got no response. This is the second online nightmare. I'm done!

The "expert" did a horrible job at installation, making the bike extremely dangerous to ride. Below is the list of grievances: 1. The front brake did not work as it was installed incorrectly. 2. The handlebars were not properly tightened, causing the rider to fall off because the handlebars were crooked due to the faulty wheel alignment. 3. The bell was installed backwards. 4. Before the "expert" left after installation, we found missing screws on the floor, which we later found were supposed to be on the leather back pad, which fell off when riding. After taking the bike to a bike repair shop, they explained how hazardous it would be to ride the bike in its current condition. They were appalled that an "expert" in angioplasty was retained for this job and felt he was negligent in the task, posing a danger to the consumer. I reached out to Angi and received a refund for the above, which was very easy to do. I hope Angi is hiring correctly, and this doesn't happen to anyone else.

The assembly service showed up on the day the item was supposed to be delivered. The item had not been delivered %26 was delayed in shipping. He left us his card to have us call when the item had arrived for assembly. He was called %26 came promptly. He was very flexible, assembled the bike, but the assembly was not without its issues. Things needed to be significantly adjusted after assembly. He had also entered our home without our permission scaring our cats %26 yelled up the stairs to let us know he finished despite him having my personal phone number. He then stated that since he had to come here twice for assembly, we were responsible to pay him for the assembly service. I told him that I had already payed for this service through Walmart, %26 he insisted anyways that I owed him payment. I was afraid he might come back %26 take action against us if I did not pay him in that moment. I had already paid $79 for this service, %26 he charged me $120 via his phone which Walmart now refuses to refund me for. This third party assembly service is out here double charging %26 scamming customers, making my family uneasy in their own home. I do not recommend this company to anyone, %26 will not be making purchases through Walmart again with their lack of resolution in a situation like this.

Took too many days Walmart sended someone INSTALATION. Man said he WIIL do it half of work BEACAUSE Walmart pay less And took us many days till Walmart send us. Someone the day was supused someone come nobody showed up and I had left my job for that But install man did very good job Bike is the wost bike I saw in my life stop driving in the middle of the street gear came out Bike does not turn right or left We tried many times to call customer service and dreamers shop they did nothing I am 78 years old woman and i need exercise But Walmart does not care did nothing for us I called 100 times they just transfer phone to each other shop did nothing Walmart did nothing we paired 410 dollars and we have wost bike I can not believe that Walmart. Did this to us

Bike arrived on schedule from Walmart partner seller. Assembly purchased for $79 through Walmart ; service should be provided by Angie through “Angi”; “Angi”initially scheduled for the day after bikes arrival for between 7:30 and 9:30 A. M.; after waiting around all morning, I discover an email,sent at 4 AM, stating that my appointment had been rescheduled for following Monday between 1 and 3:30PM; waited around again on Monday , only to receive another short- notice Angi email ,at 11:30 A.M. ,advising that appt had been rescheduled to FRIDAY between 1 and 3:30P.m. At this point, frustrated at ANGI'S TOTAL DISREGARD OF CUSTOMER'S VALUABLE TIME, I canceled the service! I'll do it myself with my son's help! WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE! Walmart: find a better “ partner” than Angi!

Nobody booked an appointment to schedule the bicycle bild that I paid for! The bicycle is still sitting at home in a box although I did order an install! very dissatisfied and I would like a refund

He arrived a few minutes early and started assembling the bike right at the scheduled time. He was professional and thorough. Would highly recommend this service!
