Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex - 100ml/3.4oz

I have been using this serum for years, and I still have my nearly finished bottle that I purchased from Costco, so I know exactly what the genuine product looks and smells like. The bottle I just received from Walmart online is completely different from my genuine one. The words printed on the bottle are scratched, faded, and unclear. The serum is orange and much more like mixed starch , and it looks nothing like the genuine product. Most concerning is the strong chemical smell, which is completely different from the original serum. I took photos comparing the two bottles side by side. The genuine one from Costco is on the right, and the one I just received from Walmart online is on the left. The differences are very obvious. I remember reading news about Estée Lauder taking legal action against Walmart over allegedly counterfeit products, and I never expected to encounter something like this myself in the U.S. But after receiving this product, I am very concerned that it may not be genuine. I will be returning it and would strongly recommend that Walmart investigate this listing and its source.

I know how this product works and what the consistency should be. I used to sell Estée Lauder unfortunately they have and what the consistency should be. I used to sell Estée Lauder unfortunately this product has either been stored in properly breaking down the formula because it's a watery consistency and it's supposed to be gel like or they're trying to cut corners making this a watery consistency. Either way this product is not what it's supposed to be so I guess you get what you pay for! It was worth a try, but I will be returning it!

I've been using Estee Lauder's Advanced Night Repair in my 20's, I'm about to turn 65, and no one guesses my age by a couple of decades. Now normally this is a VERY expensive product, so there were times I couldn't afford to replace it when supplies ran out, but there is no substitute. Walmart's price for this item rolls back time a couple of decades, this is a great value.

Have used this superior product for many years now. Typically a much better value/price at Walmart then at other high-end retailers.
