i only started taking it several days ago it seems to have a positive effect.

This is by far the best K2 supplement. It's hard to find high dosages of K2 and this product delivers it with a decent price. I wish there were more options and manufacturers that made vitamin K2 in such dosages so this is really the only option right now.

AOR peak K2 uses a form of K2 known as MK-4, or menatetrenone. Menatetrenone is the main form of vitamin K that is used in the body, however, very few vendor sell this form of vitamin K. The AOR brand is the lowest cost MK-4 supplement that I've been able to find.

I am currently taking MK-7 200 mcg morning and night + MK-4 (from this product) at night only. A interesting event happen over this past 2 month. My teeth have become lighter in tone compare to before. In other words, a light whitening effect has occur. Very satisfied with my purchase.

This is an advanced supplement. K2 is always very expensive, but keep in mind that AOR is a top notch brand (so you are definitely getting quality). Talk to your doc about this and perhaps get blood work for calcium levels. Educate yourself on this version of K2 before using it.

This is my favorite supplement. Besides eating a sugar free, plant based diet to support bone health, one of the few supplements I have taken almost non-stop for years is this supplement: menatetrenone (MK-4) from AOR. (I take it in combination with an oil based D3 cholecalciferol supplement in an attempt to remove calcium from arteries and tissues). Unfortunately I developed severe autoimmune arthritis the past year. Having said that, there is one supplement I will always stick to if I can - and that is this supplement. Certainly now that I am at a higher risk to develop osteoporosis and suffer local bone loss with my current chronic disease, I trust in this product to hopefully dampen the damage to joints and bone somewhat. As of today I'm still inline skating and standing up when I fall, even with my disease - no idea if it proves anything, but I will update once I get MRI's of my knees. I am now a believer. Receding gums are the result of nutritional deficiencies and Vitamin K2 plays a major role in reversing this annoying condition. My gums started to recede since 2013 and got to a bad stage in 2019. I have one implant in the place of je upper right first molar, the bone was receding by 2 mm a year, I needed a bone graft! After using this vitamin for 10 days my gums started growing back. You can literally see fresh pink flesh coming out, hugging and covering my teeth on daily basis. Results are quick and astounding. Tie gums in the area of the four lower front teeth are almost normal now. And my upper jaw is following suit. My teeth no longer bleed when I brush them and my jaw muscles not longer hurts. My skin and hair feels much smoother. My hair particularly feels much smoother and less wrinkled. I also had some back pain which is now also gone. All in all this is a miracle supplement when it comes to improving bones, muscles, and dental health. It is crucial for calcium metabolism and it is an essential nutrient which is missing From our modern diet since many people do not get enough grass fed animal fat which is the source of K2.

I used the thorne K2, took a break, and was using this K2. I have osteopenia and dental erosion issues that involve tooth sensitivity. It didn't help with the tooth sensitivity. When I had blood tests, my blood levels of K2 were about 10 times the reference range for K2. My doctor told me to stop using it.

This is a very toxic synthetic source of Vitamin K2 because it lead to major attention issues and jumbling up my numbers when I was speaking with a bank customer service agent. It was embarrassing how my brain started functioning so poorly. I then contacted AOR regarding the source of this K2 and they informed me that the Menatetrenone is synthesized in a lab from Methyl 1,4-naphthoquinone; and they informed me that it is sourced from petroleum. Therefore any supplement that says Menatetrenone as Vitamin K2 is synthetic and I'm assuming Menatetrenone is a chiral molecule for Menaquinone. It isn't actually Vitamin K2. It pretends to be. Sports research Vitamin K2 (fermented) and Country Life Vegan K2 are two supplements I highly recommend for inflammatory heart issues.

I've been using 5 mg MK4 for ages... then I tried K2 MK4 drops and 15 mg MK4 AOR. The AOR was the only version of K2 MK4 that didn't make my teeth less sensitive... even though the amount was 3x greater than the other brands. I've tried switching backwards and forwards just to make sure that it's not me that changed. Either there isn't as much K2 in the AOR as the other brands or there's something different about the AOR formulation? The price is good... but if the effect isn't there... then you're wasting your money? :-(
