Advantage XD Large Cat 2-Month Flea Prevention For Cats over 9lbs, 2 Doses (4-Months)

This product actually works with killing and preventing fleas. It's a little pricey but a lot cheaper than paying for a vet bill and prescription flea medicine. This product was recommended to me by a friend and I will recommend this product to everyone!

This seems to work a lot better than the one month version of the Advantage. Both of my cats have tolerated this and feel softer as a result of not having to itch away fleas.

I've used many types of flea treatments, not getting good results…until now. It states to be greasy, well, it's VERY greasy but I can tolerate a few greasy days when the product works. Other than that, so far, great results…2 weeks of no scratching so far, I'm very pleased.

I have tried so many types of flea colars and drops for my 3 rescue kittys and this one was recommended to me and I,m glad i tryed it becuz it actuallys works..Wasted alot of money on other brands that make false claims.The XD in this brand is the one that actually works. Its Pricey but gotta have it to coexist with 3 cats

I will never purchase this product again and will probably never use the Advantage brand ever again, either. First of all, I wanted to purchase Advantage II but it was continuously out of stock. Even when it was in stock and I added it to my cart, when I tried to check out it was somehow out of stock again. I purchased this specific product, despite the expensive price, because I believed it would be effective and hoped it would outlast the flea life cycle, as it claims. Well, it may, but it also contained so much liquid in one tubule that it would not be absorbed into their skin. It got all over my cats' fur, ran down the base of the skull (where the instructions advise to apply it), all the way down the side of one's neck. It did not dry on either of my cats for over 24 hours and it was incredibly sticky, messy, stained my b%26w cat's white fur yellow, and had a horribly strong chemical smell (which gave me a migraine). It's been a week since I applied it and I'm still trying to get the excess out of my cats' fur. It caused the fur on my long-haired cat to become brittle and fall out. It didn't become matted, it made it fall out at the slightest touch and still doesn't feel like the same texture. I have found several dead fleas to indicate it works on that basic level, but everything else makes it not worth it, especially for the cost.

The treatment worked amazingly for the fleas, no complaints there. But the side effects were awful. My poor cat now has a bald spot right where I applied it, no hair at all! That area is irritated, and now she has flaky skin, completely different from how she was before. I just can't recommend it given these side effects. I'm truly disappointed by these side effects on my poor cat.

I have used these types of medicine containers for years and never had a problem until this package. Both caps would not open except to squirt out the medicine from under the cap.

Doesn't work. I was told at the pet store that flea becomes immune after 100 generations, sooner if neighbors use too.

R E A D the fine print! This is 1 tube! Seller cleverly puts in T I N Y letters on box that it's for 2 months. I have 2 cats. The box arrived in bad shape, but I got my 1 tube. Ridiculous! NEVER, EVER buy from 3rd party seller.

Used this before and my cat after two months still have fleas the medication is very runny after placing it in back of the neck my cat was able to lick part of the medication because it was dripping down
