[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love K9 Advantix ll. We use it every season on all 3 of our dogs. Our dogs are indoor pets but they go out multiple times a day to use the potty. This keeps the fleas & ticks off our pets and out of our house. You should definitely give it a try.
very good price compared to what it used to be used to only be able to get it at the vet because I have been using it for years on all of my dogs and I have had them for years and years and years so it comes in an easy open tube with one dose for 30 days. make sure you get their weight correct because it could be harmful and then it could get on your furniture and other people could touch it and so they say that's not good. it comes out in the liquid and you just put it on the skin not the hair you separate the hair till you see the skin and you put several drops down their back not where they can look it off not too much to where it's going to run off the sides not so much to where it's going to get on fabrics and then they're going to lay on it and get it in their eyes or anything cuz that it would not be good for them either but as far as keeping fleas ticks and all them other pests away and also them it does the job it has I have used it for as long as it's been out cuz I was Frontline all the way for when my dogs were really little and now those dogs have passed on and I have new ones and those dogs live to be in their twenties so I have been using this forever. I recommend I will be buying again I do it every month I used to only get it from the vet but the price really is no different and you don't have to have a appointment or check up to get it if you get it through Walmart and I see no difference in it but there is a big difference in just K9 Advantix and canine Advantix 2 don't confuse them get the two not the one I don't know why but it's not the same it does not protect like the others sorry this is so long but had to make sure I let everyone know all this because I wouldn't be able to sleep at night as I thought there was an animal out there harm to because of something I didn't say oh and it cannot be around your kittens or cats so if you have a cat and a dog do they have to stay completely away from each other till it's dry so it can kill your cat instantly but yes 100% recommend
This is a fantastic unit easy to assemble indefinitely. Helps the bread stay fresh. I was having problems with bugs and I just took some killer and White across the bottom with the cloth or the paper towel and I have had no problems at all with bugs in this product, I would recommend it to everybody that has the room for it and wants to have two shelves.
I've been using the K9 Advantix on my dogs for years and it works really well. So far it's always kept my dogs from having fleas. They also do really well after it's applied. No side effects. The only issue is the greasiness left on their fur where it was applied. Other than that I have no complaints about it. Very easy and quick to apply and no odor.
I've used this for 5 years. I live in heavy woods and its kept my dogs flea and tick free. A neigbors dog just passed from lyme disease so this is very important for my dogs. Easy to apply and once dry there is no issue. Its a bit pricey but it works great and there's no oily residue
This stuff works just as well as the RX Advantix I get from the vet- only it's much cheaper, easier to access. It helped my pup all summer, no big flea issues. Also, it doesn't have that strong chemical reek to it. And when you finally wipe your dogs neck down, you don't get oily hands or spots on anything. This is my go to now.
My poor pups are still itching. Not sure if it took care of the flea problem. We will treat again, since the packaging said you can repeat after 7 days, but it is pricey to do so. I can't bear to see them still scratching. We have also been giving Benadryl to help with any flea saliva allergies. It's not helping very well. I suppose we need a dose of Capstar to be sure there aren't any more fleas on them. Not totally impressed
I followed the instructions correctly. It said to put it on the dog’s back at the back of the head, in the middle of the back and near the tail. A couple of hours later and my dog started throwing up. He threw up a couple of more times a half hour to an hour later. It said that nausea and lethargic could be side effects and to seek medical attention if your dog became lethargic. Thank God he’s ok. I don’t recommend this product.
It doesn't work at all. My dogs are still scratching and I bought two packets so I gave it a no go do not lie bye it doesn’t work at all. My dogs are still scratching and I bought two packets so I gave it a no go do not buy
I purchased this and received it on June 26th. I waited a couple days (June 28th) before putting it on my dogs, so I could bathe them first. I then waited until they were completely dry to put it on. I usually purchase this from the local pet store and it's been the only thing that has worked for their fleas. It's not even been a month yet, and they have fleas again. Idk what is going one with buying it from Walmart vs a pet store. The one I get from the pet store actually does what it's supposed to do. Don't waste your money buying it from Walmart.
