Hartz UltraGuard Plus Flea & Tick Collar for Cats and Kittens, 7 Months Protection, 1ct

I purchased Seresto, which worked, but for 7 cats, it was too expensive for me. So I decided to try this cheaper brand after a lot of research. They appear to be working well for all of my cats. Occasionally I will see them itch, but I think its just an itch. Theyve had these ones on for now 5 months and I'm really pleased with them. My cats are indoor outdoor cats, so I'm glad I dont have to worry about fleas!

I recently took my cat to a vet because he was biting his tail and ripping out the fur. After an exam, the vet informed me that the flea and tick collar were working well. Kitty did not have a pest issue or skin irritation of any kind. I am thankful, he is doing much better with a calming collar. I intend to purchase more of this product for my other 2 outdoor cats. Glad to know it is effective.

I will admit, i have indoor cats, however, i have one TNR stray that comes and goes, and even though i treat her with some drops, i use these collars on mine as a precautionary measure, especially after not doing so last year, and they ended up with tapeworms, after never having any before. So far so good, i will be buying more in Feb as the 7 months will be up. Then i will buy another in June for another one of my cats.

I bought this collar on July 18, 2025. It was delivered on the 19th. After just 3 days my cat started getting weak and breathing very shallowly. I took her to the vet who said she wishes these collars weren't even sold. It destroyed my cat's liver. *IN JUST 3 DAYS*. Today is July 24, 2025. I buried my cat this evening. The vet wasnt able to do anything for her.

after purchasing these i bought 5 for cats i had rescued and adopted and one of my older cats . we live near alot of trees and i was concerned about ticks and fleas two days after putting these one three of my cats began to exhibit concerning behavior one of my cats died after three days of having this on his neck the remaining two have what appears to be chemical burns and missing hair on there necks and almost died on the 5th night

This almost killed my cat! Placed on a stray cat I took in as a precaution and within 48 hours my cat was not eating or drinking, could barely stand or walk, and had a total temperament change. I looked up reviews on other sites and read numerous other reviews. I immediately removed the collar and washed with dawn dish soap and an hour later started to see improvements.
