Ants in Florida...a constant problem. I commonly see the pharaoh ant and the Big-headed ants together when they invade. Just killing them only spreads them further and other sugar based bait kill them before they get back to the nest. This effectively kills off the nest. Just give it an undisturbed couple of days and they'll be gone.

These baits are effective for ants that don't respond to "sweet" baits. They do have slight odor from the insecticde, but they seem to wipe out the colony within a few days.

It took a few days but my sugar ant invasion in kitchen seems to have been eradicated. No mess. Not runny syrup like Terra traps that did not slow ant traffic but oozed out on counter and floor.

This is the best way to stop any ant invasion. This time of year those little tiny black ants are everywhere looking for food. At first sign set a couple stations out. Don't crush ants …let them go to station and carry poison back to nests. Works as quick as 30 minutes. Inside or out. Perfectly safe around pets .. dogs and cats. Can use flat or stick on walls . Anywhere you see them. Can't say enough about ADVION . My home will never be without a bag o of 12 . Any thing else is temporary and a waste of money.
