Have had this for about a month and continues to work great. Holds charge for a long time and easy to recharge. Makes reading on my kindle oasis so much easier with being hands free now. Would definitely recommend!

It is extremely user friendly and as a bonus in a great fidget toy while you read.

The ring page turner turned on right out of the box then never again. The ring is the part that will not light up, flash, react in any way no matter how long it's charged since the very first time I got it. I contacted customer service for an exchange and they keep emailing me asking me to provide my address “to send me the replacement” and every time I respond with my address in full they just email again, asking for my shipping address (which for the record is on my initial order which I had to provide the order ID %23 for them to even talk to me about it anyway..) just a headache. Suspicious and disrespectful. I want to return this broken product and get a refund now and not exchange. I will not be scammed, I do not play games.

Customer service is currently scamming me on this product. The ring turned on out of the box, I turned it off and charged it with the included cord by placing it inside the charging box/dock it came with— approved for charging it, again it never turned back on again. No matter what I pressed the ring does not flash or light up or anything, I'm guessing it's fried after just being turned on the first time. I contacted for an exchange and have been emailed by someone who keeps asking repeatedly for my mailing address “to send me a replacement” to which I keep responding with my address, and they ask for it again. At this point I want to return the broken product and get a refund, get my money back and go with a different seller. What a headache. I was motivated to exchange so I could try the ring page turner but what a disappointment, and I'm out the money.
