Walmart cheated me!
I love and use Africa's Best hair product regularly. However my last order of 6 units resulted in receiving only 3 units in one box. I received notice a second box contained the other 3. It was not delivered. After multiple chats I was offered and accepted a refund. Now I got notice the refund would come after the product was returned…return something I did not receive?! Really, I'm done with ordering from Walmart. How can I return what I did not receive?
