Agri-Fab 48" Tow-Behind Lawn Dethatcher, Model 45-0295

Seems well made and assembly wasn't overly difficult. The unit isn't really that big so doesn't take up much space for storage. As for how well it works I used 50 lbs. in cinder blocks and it pulled up a lot of thatch. It's a good investment and nice addition to my lawn equipment.

Seems to be good quality, but something of a challenge to assemble and it will take you a while. Get a helper too. A lot easier to assemble with 2 people, but it works very well. Heavy duty steel construction

For the price this is a quality piece of equipment that so far has worked as advertised. It dethatched my quarter acre without an issue and did an excellent job. As with everything, it is too expensive but does work well.

Dethatched 2.5 acres in a little over 2 hours. Picked up 28 leaf bags of thatch and immediately the property looks amazing.

The AGRI-FAB De-thatcher was very easy to put together and operate. With the length of time between de-thatching, I needed to add a little weight to get down to the Dirt. I am very happy the ease and function of the product.

Easy assembly, easy to handle, worked really well, cleaned deeper with weight on the real heavy areas, worked well with no weight on the lighter areas, would recommend.

A few parts missing due to small hole in box due to not have heavy tape on all corners and it appeared not bagged like other parts. Part bags are lightweight. Ended up taking 2.5 weeks waiting for parts so I could complete assembly. Instructions for assembly not the greatest. Otherwise well made.

First... The directions for assembly were not the easiest to follow and one step showed the part being installed incorrectly. I did not realize there was a video until afterwards. It may have helped. Second.... Some of the parts are made with a very light metal and I question the longevity of this equipment. Third.... I've used the de-thatcher 4 times and two of the de-thatching tines have snapped in half. The area that I'm using it in has no rocks or debris that would account this failure. I guess if you have a small yard it may be adequate but anything over an acre or two I feel this de-thatcher is not heavy duty enough to last more than a year or two at most. I guess you get what you pay for.
