You have to take 3 at a time. If taken properly the bottle will only last 10 days.

I must admit I prefer the chewable tablet.... These seem to mess with my stomach.

I bought the gummy's two months ago October 2024, as I had run out of my other ones. They have changed the flavor and consistency and it is terrible to the point where when I eat them I almost gag. It tastes so nasty.. I don't know why an exceptionally good product was changed or what exactly the changes are, but I won't buy it again.

They were all congealed together & threw away after I got my refund.
