AireMax Heat/Cool Portable Air Conditioner with Remote Control for Rooms up to 500 Sq. Ft.

I like how well it cools. I bought it to help my central heat and air. Hoping the electric bill will come down. I did have a problem with the fan making a loud noise. The manual doesnt explain how to work it, or not to where I understand it. It does come with a telephone number and a web site. I looked up the web site to help with the noise but it failed to help or show anything. I didnt bother to call.

I was on the fence about buying this unit but I am so glad that I did. It cools my living room, dining room, and kitchen quite nicely and the price can't be beat for the BTU's provided. Our window was too small for the provided adaptors kit, but my husband too it to the shop, made the adjustment, and it works beautifully. The plug is a 3 prong plug and the cord is a nice length. I am actually going to order another one for the shop, since this one works so well.

Just got it yesterday but man oh man has it been keeping my living room and kitchen nice and cool. Not sure how to use the heat though. It doesn't say anything in the manual and when I put it on heat it doesn't do anything. So I will just have to keep working on it.

Works great and is easy to move around. Even when the heat index is in the low hundreds my small home is comfortably cool. Will definitely buy another when this one dies. The last one lasted 8 years.

The Ac/ Heat works perfectly. It is a tad bit noisy but can be tolerated. We got it because the upstairs room has no instillation. The room stayed cool all Summer while using the unit. Currently we are still using the unit for heating this Winter. It stays on 78 and keeps us warm. I highly recommend this product!

I purchased this unit for my new She Shed. I am in the Florida panhandle so I needed something to cool, heat and manage humidity. I am rating this before I have had an opportunity to use the heat or the dehumidifier. It installed easily and cools the space well. It is not too noisy. There was one small part missing and that was a screw to hold the exhaust pipe snugly. It was not hard to find a replacement. I did have a problem with a broken piece upon arrival. I called the number on the instruction manual and was on hold for 1 hour and no one answered. I emailed the company with an address given and was told no such URL existed. I found another email address and never received a reply. This is all happening during Covid19 so I am cutting them some slack. The piece was glued together with marine epoxy.

Good AC unit. Keeps a 400 square foot room cool. Not quiet but not loud. Only thing is I wish it wasn't a continuous run. Hope my electrical bill isn't outrages.

I had purchased one of these from home depot and i loved it! wanted to get one for my living room and decided to bite the bullet and get it. The control doesnt work and when the ac goes on it sounds like its about to explode. i would return it but my husband got rid of the box. i would seriously think about buying your big stuff from Wal-Mart.com so far, nothing but disappointment.

The reviews on this was misleading! i have a small apartment 10×10 living room and one small kitchen attached. The 1st 3 days it worked great! now when it's hot outside. It is 85 degrees in my apartment with this running full blast! i paid over $400 for this product!! i will be returning when i can find a replacement. its at least keeping it at 85 instead of 95. should i be happy about that with a 1 week in use product!!?!?!

Page says cools up to 500 SQ feet and when I get and look in instruction pamphlet it says 269 SQ feet MAX.....I specifically ordered 14,000 BTU for a large room.
