This knife is super sharp and stays sharp. Cuts through everything like a hot knife through butter. Comes with a nice blade cover. The handle is a nice size and weight, even if one has a petite hand. Would've loved to have bought an entire set. I could not find one on Walmart. Bought one of their other sets and they don't even compare.

You're very happy with my ceramic knife. Well recommend everybody the ceramic knife they will cut through anything. Just make sure you don't cut yourself. Also good tip. Make sure after issues you put the cover on it if you drop it and chipped it was still cut, but it's not the same. Will recommend for everybody guys. Just make sure you don't drop them.

Fairly sharp but you need to apply pressure. Sucks when slicing carrots and the blade stains (it's white) hopefully it does better on other foods!
