Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless Cookware - 1.5 QT Pan, 1.0 CT

I love this thing! I must admit I only boil water in it (everyday for coffee), but I can tell how good of a quality it is. It's a perfect size for me, easy cleaning (even though I have not used sauces), %26 once again overtime I grab the handle. I know it is a good pan. I am going to get more Cuisinart products.

High quality stainless steel designer cookware. Been using this brand for many years for healthy eco friendly cooking. Highly recommend this product as well as any stainless steel cookware. They should ban toxic non stick.

In my quest to quit using Teflon cookware,I purchased a basic,store brand stainless steel set that I was completely dissatisfied with,foods sticking,uneven cooking,near impossible clean up, and discoloration on the bottom of the pans. A friend introduced me to Cuisinart stainless steel, and showed me her Cuisinart pans that still looked new, even after years of use.She showed me how easy it was to wash one of her pans after fried eggs had been cooked in it,and I was amazed! I bought myself some Cuisinart cookware and have been so pleased with it! Absolutely no issues with it and I am thrilled. Cuisinart stainless steel is the only way to cook for me! I also have had a Cuisinart food processor for 5 years and am well pleased with it, and still use it.

I always seem to need another small sauce pan %26 this is the brand/style I prefer cooking with. Sturdy, heats evenly, easy clean up.

The is a very convenient size for preparing or heating small amounts. For an elderly man living alone, it is the perfect size. Heat distribution seems excellent.

Fantastic, non stick, easy to clean and beautiful. I bought these to replace calphalon set that was peeling. These heat quickly and work perfectly with my induction cooktop.

Since I am not made of money I could not purchase the All Clad set I really wanted and bought a large set of these pans by Cuisinart. A few of the sizes I needed to double up on because they are used frequently. These heat nicely and evenly, they wash up nicely in the dishwasher. They feel nice and sturdy and should last me many years. These came with the stainless lid where my set has glass lids. The handles stay cool when in use so no surprises when you go to grab the pan off the stove. I prefer the stainless lids as I fear the glass breaking someday. Hopefully these will be a buy once, use for a lifetime situation.

nothing to dislike, stainless steel. all I own, they hold up for years. have a nice drip edge so you don't spill stuff, easy too clean well constructed

A clear lid would be a nice feature.
