Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless Cookware 8'' Skillet

The packaging of this item was poorly done.It placed this item st high risk for damage. Mine survived but just based on luck

I love my cast iron for many things but for others it was a lot. My non-stick were not healthy for us but I wasn't sure how this would work. Turns out it is wonderful. You do need to heat the pan first, then add your oil and let it heat slightly first. My family likes eggs, over easy and this pan make it easy to make them. I just wish I had bought it sooner.

I wanted a small skillet to add to my kitchen. I read mixed reviews, but also know many don't know how to properly cook in this type of pan. However, I was not impressed at all with this pan for basic cooking. Everything stuck despite proper heating and oil. I will be returning. Not worth the price or the space in my cupboard.

I love my new skillet!!! I started out by buying one 8" skillet to see if Cuisinart was really any good or not. I love it!!! I went on to buy two more of the 8" skillets for friends. Then I bought the Cuisinart set with one 10" skillet, 2 boilers, and a big cook pot. Next I bought the 12" skillet. I got the ones with the stainless lids, not the glass lids. I couldn't be happier! Cuisinart is top quality and also reasonably priced too. I like both the nice style and also the drip-proof edges of the cookware. It is all that it is cracked up to be!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 8" skillet that I purchased worked perfectly for the first couple of times. Eggs would just slide around in the pan. After that everything started sticking! I read and followed directions perfectly. I have gone back to using my old skillet, as I am not satisfied with this new one

My first notice was the quality. This review may be early, but so far I have used once. Heated evenly and cleaned easily. The handle is smooth and attached sturdy. The stainless shine looks high quality. I am giving up on coated stick free cookware, no matter how it looks and cooks, after 6 months it's ready to trash! I like the fact that this one should retain safety when cooking! I was not aware it ‘s not Solid stainless steel, but just as long as it keeps the layered steel coating, I am Satisfied!

Well designed, works for all cook surfaces. I like that it's all stainless. Perfect for easy flipping of omelettes and grilled cheese sandwiches.

So beautiful I leave it on top of the old stove in my apartment, just to admire it and take attention away from the stove. This is a comfortable size and easy grip for an older person.

It is a great brand but the inside turns brown when I sauté in it. Unsatisfactory purchase. All Clad cookware doesn't turn brown when cooking.

This is a great little skillet. Perfect for that morning omelet or a couple strips of bacon. Just don't cook with to high of a temperature because it will burn. Easy cleaning if you cook properly.
