I love it because it is very soft, when I sleep I sweat a lot, it doesn't matter if I have the air conditioning and the fan on I start to sweat but with this sheet everything has changes I no longer sweat, I sleep much more I love it

I seen these all over Facebook and I was wondering how they do it. It's simple they use the same material basically from workout clothes so like when you sweat you get colder that's what basically they do. Same material from arm sleeves

amazing. miracle worker. it has worked for me and for a child who has a rare terminally illness which makes it impossible to regulate her body temp. as far as my personal experiences i had a medical emergency that caused me to flat line 2x wake up 3 days later in icu where i spent another 2 days befor spending 9 weeks in a hospital learning to walk. the experience changed me. where i used to always be cold i became miserably hot constantly. loss of sleep from not being comfortable. headaches and loss of appetite from always being too hot. this blanket. the first night i woke up shivering. i was shaking like i had Parkinson i was so cold and all i could do is smile. im purxhasing a second ffor myself and more for close friends. also i dont usually care enough to leave reviews

Didnt like that the front and back pieces are only attached on the edges. Also, no matter how much I smoothed my feet, the nylon fabric would catch onto them. Super annoying. Like other cooling bedding products, the cooling sensation is temporary and you have to move to get your next temporary cool feeling.
