these pillows are the best pillows I think I've ever had in my life they are close to the touch wonderful beautiful covers and there's not just one cover but two but the one on the outside is so silky soft I know you're not supposed to sleep on the cover but laugh out loud I couldn't help it it was so so soft it's a good bang for your buck they're heavy duty they say you can add stuffimg or take stuffing out but they didn't include any extra but the way it is is perfect I think they are absolutely wonderful and you can tell by the box how well the quality is when they came out the package of course they were shrink wrapped so I took them out and I grabbed them and kind of like just started pulling them apart crime in the middle of the middle and at the edges just to fluff them up and I pumped up nicely in the first minute but they are so nice so so nice and my sister is so so jealous so happy sleeping!

This pillow is very comfortable. i slept like a baby...after i took some of the foam out and adjusted it to my liking. Excellent pillow!! Highly recommend it!

Shredded memory foam? Who knew? It immediately supports my head %26 neck so I can relax and get to sleep faster. It can be scrunched any way you like..and I make a hole for my ear. No more ouch ears in the mornings. I've slept on it 3 nights now..and am very impressed and happy I got it. I took a star off for softness. It is a bit strange to have the foam in pieces in the pillow....but It doesn't detract from its awesome comfort. (I don't notice the cooling factor, as I use a pillowcase)

The pillow arrived compressed, and after letting it decompress over night, the amount of filler was just right. It gives good support, and I like that you can adjust the shape. It had no smell, and I am very satisfied overall. Would highly recommend!

I have severe neck and shoulder pain. I have to position my head just right on a pillow so that I can go to sleep without pain. these pillows are amazing! You can form them anyway you need for you. You can remove stuffing if it's too fluffy for you. they're perfect. And I experience extreme pain constantly and for years. I've been holding on to pillows that I bought in the '90s because those were the only ones that helped the most. these don't just help a little they help completely. I'm so grateful, so thankful, to get a good night's sleep without waking up and extreme pain. What a blessing. If you are having problems with head neck shoulder or even back pain. You need to get these pillows. And they're just so perfect.

Best pillows hands down. The pillow stays cool, you can remove some insides if you want it softer although I prefer them as they come. You can remove the cover to wash it as well because it's like double lined. Changing all my pillows to these.

The pillow itself seems good quality, feels and performs as described. Why would I not recommend?….because you don't know what you will get. I ordered a king size and received a queen size. I contacted and chatted with a Walmart rep. Come to find out Walmart loaded the item information wrong on their end. Understandable, mistakes happen. I asked for the correct item to be shipped, was told to return the one I received and order it again. How do I know I would receive the king size? Then I asked about the price difference, was told I would have to pay it. So I have to pay for Walmarts mistakes now? I asked to speak to someone who could do the right thing and make this right, guess what? Apparently there is not anyone in the entire Walmart organization that has the ability to do the right thing for the customer.

I like that you can mold the pillow to your head and that it's very squishy. It's not very cool which I was hoping it would be.

The memory foam is shredded and I usually wake up once or twice a night to "refluff" the pillow because the shredded foam pushes out to the sides so my head has little foam behind it.
