scared me when they came in. packaged in a roughly 13x10 plastic wrapped "brick" . I thought surely i had made a mistake in purchasing . but following the directions on the package resulted in big fluffy pillows that cradle your head while providing support for neck. Don't know how well the "cooling" feature works. I didn't see a difference. but still would recommend

I bought these for my guest room because the ones I originally purchased were either too thick or too thin. These are perfect. I have had family and friends visit and everyone who used these pillows said how comfortable they are. Very pleased with the quality, comfort and price!

I bought pillows online for the first time ...... I don't regret it in the slightest. I've had them for about a month now and they are perfect. I like to sleep on my side and back and don't like feather/down or memory foam pillows and these are great! Definitely recommend.

If you're a hot sleeper you need these pillows and satin pillow cases. The pillow stays cool and when you've warmed up one part of the pillow move it to a new cool area. These were my 4th set of pillows and finally I have pillows with great support that's not too soft but just right. I recommend for hot sleepers to get the queen size and satin pillows that keep it that much cooler. I've told all my family about them and will be buying them for my sons bc they're hot sleepers too:)

Like the softness and firmness of the pillow. I have tried for one night and great experience so far. It is impressive it is condensed into a small bad for a pack of two pillows. Also child loves it as we use it for some close to bed time activities! Highly recommended

After trying many different types of pillows, I finally found one that is perfect for me. The height is perfect, the softness is good, and it is packed in a vacuum bag. After several nights of testing, it does relieve my neck pain. Like it.

I needed some extra pillows for my bed. I can't believe how they went from being flattened in the shipping package to nice and fluffed up. They will do nicely on my bed.

I had high hopes for this pillow, does cool until your body heat makes pillow hot. Does not stay fluffy, flattens down when using. Seems it needs more fluff inside.

I did not receive these items by the picture. It appears that they left them at the end of my driveway on a pile of wood that I had had ordered. I assume someone picked them up since they were in plain sight.

There is absolutely no loft to these pillows. I ran them through the dryer for 10 minutes as instructed, was hoping they would fluff up. Still very flat. So uncomfortable, that I can not say if the cooling works or not. Could not sleep with these.
