Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows, Set of 2

We really like these Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam pillows! They're comfortable and not too firm or hard = NO stiff necks in the morning! The memory foam used to fill them is pliable and they can be "fluffed" and easily conform to our resting heads. VERY WELL PRICED & we think are a GREAT VALUE too!!! (our dogs approve of them too!)

I am real picky on pillows. Either they make my face sweat, or my neck hurt. I especially hate the pillows that have no cushioning and makes it feel like you have your head on the yellow pages. These pillows are plush and soft, and my face rests beautifully on them. Best of all, the price is very reasonable.

For the price these are awesome pillows. The perfect balance of firm but not too firm. You get good neck support, moldable pillows. Similar to my pillows at a fraction of the cost. They can be fluffed up easily in steam setting on dryer. I have not washed them full out but my whole family likes these pillows.

I suffer with a lot of neck pain I even bought the expensive Derlia pillow. I'm not 100% satisfied with the Derila pillow. Through the night, my head starts hurting because it is too hard. These Serta Cooling pillows are awesome. I sleep with them every night. They are my new go to pillows.

The pillows were all right yes they are cooling, and they're fine, but not exactly what we were looking for because they got pretty flat. We wanted something a little more substantial and fluffier that didn't flatten out when you laid your head on it, even if you double them up they still didn't offer that much supportso these just went in the pile of pillows that nobody uses very often because they go flat. I suppose if you're a belly sleeper and want a flatter pillow this would be great.

i have a cooling pillow that i have had for 10 years and it is starting to lose its cool ssi i ordered these. they are not at all cool or comfortable. they quickly listed their shape and do not conform as my other one did. they were inexpensive so i just kept them. had i paid more i would have returned them.

Not cooling at all. Overpriced. Fell apart before the first wash. The zipper broke on the case, but it needed to be washed badly so I put it in the wash and followed care instructions. The pillow came apart in the washer. Now there's bits and pieces of this pillow all over the floor and I still have to use it. I'm putting it in a new pillow case with a zipper and just trying to get my money's worth at this point. The pillow is overall comfortable, just not as advertised.

The pillow is made up of a lot of miscellaneous foam making it bumpy and uncomfortable. It's also very thick so my neck was elevated more than it should have been. I couldn't make it through the night with it and had to switch it for another pillow I had. Definitely not for me.

I have had the Serta Cooling pillows for about 2 or 3 weeks now. I have tried without the pillowcase with a pillowcase and neither way has any cooling effect whatsoever. they are filled with cut up foam and are hard to refluff without putting in dryer. I would not recommend these pillows as they lose support , hard to maintain, and do not provide the advertised cooling effects. I am very disappointed as they are serta sleeper brand!

Product not as pictured. I don't like that it was pictured as a solid piece of memory foam and what I received is small pieces inside the case which move around and flatten when you lay your head on. Dissatisfied and disappointed
