Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows, Set of 2

For the price these are awesome pillows. The perfect balance of firm but not too firm. You get good neck support, moldable pillows. Similar to my pillows at a fraction of the cost. They can be fluffed up easily in steam setting on dryer. I have not washed them full out but my whole family likes these pillows.

We really like these Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam pillows! They're comfortable and not too firm or hard = NO stiff necks in the morning! The memory foam used to fill them is pliable and they can be "fluffed" and easily conform to our resting heads. VERY WELL PRICED & we think are a GREAT VALUE too!!! (our dogs approve of them too!)

I purchased 2 and came back to purchase 2 more pillows. $13 for two amazing pillows no wonder they sold out quickly.

I love these Serta cooling pillows. The first night I slept with these, I woke the next morning with no neck ache for the first time in months. They're just the right firmness and no weird smells. Thank you Serta for a great pillow.

Pillows are nice but not as cool as I'd like they don't go flat while using. However, they did have a funny scent when first opening which disappeared after washing!

The pillows are not cooling as advertised. If anything, they sleep hot compared with a traditional pillow. But the bigger problem is that they have a distinctive chemical smell. I've left them air out for over a week and the smell is not as strong now, but it really bad when you lay your head on them.

These pillows are worthless. They are not worth the $13 spent on them. They bunch up in one area and fall flat. I threw them out the first week I had them.

The pillows I received do not hold any kind of shape (NOT memory foam as advertised) they are just soft squishy pillows and I notice NO kind of "cooling" effect. I think false advertising and started a return/refund!!

The pillow came with a zippered outter cover. I think that is the washable part. The gause like material that was hold the chopped up memory foam pieces did not look like it would withstand even a single wash, let alone 2 that the packaging say you can do. The chopped foam was a no go for me also!

Not what I expected. I had just about given up on receiving them, shipping was way too long. They did not have any gel or cooling.
