These pillows are the absolute best, they have a cooling side and a bamboo side. I have not removed any stuffing because I like very full comfy pillows, but you can adjust the firmness. They're absolutely so comfortable and amazing. I ordered two king size for my room and then when those came in quickly ordered two king-size for the guestroom and then two queen size for both rooms. after sleeping on them, how could you have any other pillow?

I really love the thickness of these pillows, and the materials feel soft and of great quality. Since the first night I used this pillow, I could tell such a big difference in the support it gives. My old pillow I would have to fold in half or awkwardly shove an arm underneath in an attempt to get comfortable, but with this one, I lay down and get comfortable and stay comfortable. The cooling technology is nice too, I haven't woken up with the back of my neck and my hair damp from sweat as I am a hot sleeper. Absolutely recommended.

I've had the pillows for just a few days, but I've already noticed a difference. They come vacuum bagged, with recommendations on fluffing them out, I just fluffed by hand after putting them in shams and let them sit a few hours, and they were fully settled by bedtime. The cooling side is great for those of us suffering menopausal symptoms. The pillow is soft without flattering, which makes it perfect for side sleepers.

If you're a side sleeper or back sleeper these pillows are perfect for you. I have been returning pillows left and right. From down goose feather pillows over $100's. These pillows were a keeper. I Finally get a good nights rest! I waited a month to review them. So this is a honest review! You have to put them in the dryer for about 30 minutes after opening, and boom fluffy firm soft pillows.

These are the best pillows I have ever purchased!There a very full and amazingly cool to the touch. Very happy with this purchase and will be a go to pillow set if I ever need more pillows. These are worth the money. Also don't forget to put this pillow in dryer for 15 minutes to get the full cooling effect before you begin us

I was not sure what to expect. I was going by the item descriptions and materials to have an idea but for the price paid, these were very good quality and very comfortable. I only needed them for my duvet cover pillows which I only use as part of the decor. But laying on them for a bit, felt nice and comfortable and they bounce back if you fluff them a bit!

So far they are very nice pillows they are comfortable . good construction in making them . husband is in love with the cooling side . i just nor sure about not having a case over the white cooling case . i need mine to match the blankets . still looking for the right pillow covering

I want to love these pillows but they have too much filling and no zipper part to open them up and take out the filling like my smaller queen size pillows of the same brand. Some people want a lot of filling and some people want less. We should have a zipper opening to adjust to our liking and it just wasnt there.

I purchased this pillow to help cool me down while sleeping. At first you can feel the cooling support, however, within seconds, the pillow is so hot you can't stand it. If you keep moving it will stay cool, unfortunately most of us opt to not do that. The pillow is very soft and appears well made but the cooling feature comes and goes like a hot flash. If you are often cold while sleeping, this pillow is perfect for you.

These pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. I expected much better from the website description not even usable! Waste of money. I've gotten a lot better and a lot cheaper on Amazon. If I still could return them, I would but I guess they have a 90 day policy which I was unaware of. Very disappointed with Walmart and this policy.
