While they might not have the heavy, structured feel of a high-end $80 memory foam pillow, you simply cannot beat the cost-to-comfort ratio here. They are soft, machine-washable, and affordable enough that you can replace them whenever you need a fresh set without feeling any buyer's remorse. A stellar budget find.

I've been pretty happy with these Sertapedic extra firm pillows, especially for the price! I personally prefer a firmer pillow that actually supports my head and neck instead of going completely flat when I lay down. These have a nice amount of firmness without feeling too hard or uncomfortable. They're a good size, fit my pillowcases perfectly, and seem to hold their shape pretty well. If you're someone who likes really soft pillows, these might not be for you, but if you prefer something with a little more support, they're definitely worth trying. Overall, a great value and I'd buy them again!

Excellent Firmness. This one is added to existing pillows to support sitting up in bed to read or watch TV. At least "some" cotton used, so that is good. The less synthetic the better, for comfort. Microfibers are NOT good. The 5 stars are for the overall satisfaction with the product. Have to add as a separate issue that it was glaringly obvious the pillow had been previously purchased and repackaged. One end of pillow was quite dirty and the plastic bag was only half on the pillow. Laundry removed the soiled area but disappointed and surprised. Walmart is almost always reliable for condition and packaging of products.

They hold their shape really well, even after weeks of use, and don't flatten out like some other pillows I've tried. The material feels high-quality and breathable, which helps me stay cool throughout the night. If you're looking to upgrade your sleep quality, investing in these pillows is definitely worth it. I have searched for years for a pillow for me and I have finally found it. I am a side sleeper and I toss and turn a lot. This pillow allows me to finally be comfortable with no neck pain.

My old pillows were too soft. They compressed over time. I like how these are extra firm but still comfortable. I like to prop up an extra pillow when I'm reading before I go to bed. The only downside is that there is a smell when you first get the pillow. I had to air it out and use extra pillowcases when I first used it.

The pillow is not firm, like people have said in the reviews and what's in the description. You have to push and smash and get the pillow under your head perfectly right to get that firm supporting feeling. When you lay down and you put your head on the pillow, the pillow part that goes against your shoulder actually pushes the pillow in, so it winds up looking like a pillow with an arch in the middle. The material that is within the pillow is not memory foam, and it is just a plain, spider-web kind of feeling. It does not give the support that it claims to give. The fact that so many people gave such a rave review about this pillow is beyond me, because this pillow far from supports the neck. I've had this pillow for 2 nights, and both nights I have struggled for over 20 minutes to get the pillow under my head properly, so my head and my neck are supported and not going into severe pain because I don't have the proper support under my neck. I did, however, take a nap yesterday afternoon because I didn't have the proper support on my neck. I woke up in severe pain with my neck and a migraine going up the back of my head. I just want to be honest with my review. If you guys feel that I'm just one out of a million with the reviews that I'm making, and you want to go with the other reviews, all I can say is best of luck to you. This is my opinion, and considering that I have spine problems and I have a neck problem, and also I'm healing from lower back surgery, this is just not the pillow.

Took pillow out of bag and found a seam on one side wasn't sewed. It's open about 3 or 4”. I should have heeded warnings from others who purchased this particular pillow and had identical issue. It's too bad too, because other than this defect I really liked the firmness. Come on Serta, how about a little QUALITY CONTROL !!!

I wouldnt know how this pillow works. It smelled so badly of cologne that the random delivery person was wearing, it went into the trash. Maybe put people to work and hire actual staff instead of every single person that comes to my home smelling like a cheap perfume store covering all my items in their awful scent.
