Sealy Performance Cooling Bed Pillow, Jumbo, White- Extra Firm, 2 Count

The merchandise was so comfortable. I have always liked ordering from Walmart, and if I have a problem they always take care of it in adequate amount of time.

These pillows were delivered June 2. With them being SEALY Brand I expected them to be Great! I was sorely disappointed. Within two weeks, the insides of the pillows were already coming apart, clumping. They've not been washed, yet they look as if they've been washed! I do use them nightly in my recliner to prop up my legs. No children have used them and they haven't been handled roughly. From the pictures the parts that look dirty are actually the pillow falling apart on the inside. The lumpy appearance is because they are indeed lumpy. I paid extra for the cool down feature, as I have fibromyalgia and tend to be very hot. It has never felt like it has the cool feature, as I've purchased them before, and they indeed felt cooler plus I had them approximately two years without any problems or the inside falling apart. I would like to return them and get my $35 back! The problem is, I am disabled and have no one to take me to return them. I am in an electric wheelchair and no one has a vehicle w a lift. I have purchased Sealy Brand in the past as well as other king-size pillows and have never had this happen before. I do not recommend these! I apologize for the quality of the photos, but I would gladly give these back to the store and get my money back !

This is not Extra firm. It is not even regular firm. It is extremely soft pillow. Which is fine if that's what you are looking for. However, in this case we wanted Extra Firm pillows. Disappointing at best.

i didn't even get it out of the plastic and there was stuffing coming out and lose threads

I purchased the extra firm pillow and received extra soft pillows instead. It's very disappointing because I didn't receive what I wanted .

I got the king size pillows, 8 to be exact because the reviews at the time were great..... worst pillows ever, they are super soft, not firm at all, the stuffing started coming out after the SECOND wash, never purchasing these again!

Product details state “extra firm.” They are ultra soft, so much so that I have to fold them in half to get the support I need. Very cooling though, that part of the product detail held up.

Fluffed these as instructed. Literally woke up several times to a completely flat pillow. To be sure it wasn't just me, I allowed my 9 year old who is much lighter use, same thing. Causing neck and shoulder pains and headaches for both of us.

I ordered this set of two pillows and only a single pillow was sent. I can't seem to communicate with anyone via email, phone, or chat to resolve this issue. I would just like the second pillow in this set of 2 delivered.
