I was a bit skeptical about the pillows when I first saw them however I find that they are exactly what I was looking for. They are made with good quality and workmanship. I have removed some of the filling to meet my comfort zone and proper neck alignment. Was simple to do and kept fill in case I decide to add more at a future time. I highly recommend. I am still adjusting to the new pillow, which is normal, but I truly love and recommend.

I bought these pillows for myself and for my kids. They are nice quality. I did have to remove quite a bit of the stuffing before using them. It was too stiff. I put them in a gallon ziplock bag to use later if it flattens any, which is a good thing. I also like the removable washable cover and the cooling side of the pillow. I would recommend these pillows if you are looking for a good quality, comfortable, cooling pillow that you can adjust to your preferred softness.

best part of this pillow is you can actually unzip and take out extra padding to make it fit your needs exactly! i was having terrible headaches and very little sleep, knew it had to be my pillow and got this one on sale...im never giving it up! within 2 days my neck and head feels much better.

I had bought these a few years ago but could not find them again and I such an amazing price I will just share never throw away the foam inside as you may need to fill it over the years again. That's what's nice and never goes flat we love these pillows

The pillow is just soft and firm enough to be perfection. The cool technology is great. The pillow will warm up a "normal" temperature. But the greatest thing is to flip the pillow and get that extra cool side, it is like a drink of ice water on a hot summer day.

I was pleasantly impressed and surprised when I received these pillows in the mail. They arrived in a very small package and I was thinking that they might have sent them one at a time but they were vacuum sealed and wowza they really did pop out and they are huge and have the right amount of soft and firmness and I thought they were just the right price, very satisfied

love the comfort and the pills never go flat. they always stay nice and fluffy. what's really nice, is that you can add or take out as much stuffing as you want to your desired fluffiness. and I have night sweats and with these pillows it actually really helps with the night sweats.

These pillows are great. They are initially very plump. You can adjust this by taking out some of the filling which is easily done as there is a zipper on the side. The box shows you how to adjust the amount of filling for the type of sleeper you are (side, back). The cover is double sided so you have a side that provides cooling. My wife and I sleep differently so we've adjusted the stuffing in the pillows according to our preference. Each pillow has a double case on it so you don't have to fear that the stuffing will come out until you take it out. These were a great price for 2 pillows.

Overall, these are very nice pillows. They're the first shredded memory foam that Ive purchased. I love the fact that you can alter the amount of foam to find your own level of firmness/softness, that there was odor, and tgat I can flip it to a cool side. my only complaint is that they didn't come with a bag to store the extra memory foam if you adjust the level in the pillow. i would buy these again, though.

They were too hard and the pillow on the cool side held the heat in. I ordered 4. We tried out 2, my husband and I, however he ditched his after 15 minutes. He just couldn't get comfortable. He wanted a firm pillow because of bad neck issues, but this one wasn't the right one. I continued with my trial for about 20 minutes or so and just had to give in and admit that I made a mistake in purchasing these pillows. The cool side just became hot as I laid on the pillow. It seemed to absorb my body heat and then stored it to return it back to my head. I am returning the two we didn't open and used.
