Great for a home gym, can always tuck away if you need to make room for other equipment. Assembly note - you will need a 17mm socket wrench. The manual didn't say what tools were needed. This was very easy to assemble, I did it without any help.
This is very sturdy, easy to put together and a perfect size for my garage gym. The price was reasonable and it was shipped in 3 days. Thank you!
It was easy to put together. The instructions were easy to read. I put it together while watching a movie so it as long as the movie played for me to finish. I'm ready to do some squats now.
This is perfect for working out at home. I?m not powerlifting but I?m able to get back to squating heavy since my gym closed due to COVID-19. \nI was able to put it together under an hour but I did need 2 adjustable wrenches. The instructions were simple and easy to follow (compared to most of IKEA furniture).\n\nIt may be too tall for anyone under 5?5?. That?s my height and I have to place the locks in the lowest possible setting for squats/OHP/Modified Pull-Ups. Anyone shorter than me may have problems getting into a safe stance under/in front of the bar. My husband in 6?3? and has no problems.\n\nI took the advice of another reviewer and tightened everything down a 2nd time with 50 lbs on the stands. And as a personal precaution I put 20-35 lbs on each frame when I have anything over 50 lbs on the racks.
Good product for a home gym. Does everything you need it for, bench all positions, shoulder presses, shrugs/deadlifts, squats, dips and pull ups. Before you purchase, these are for controlled reps/sets no slamming. Two suggestions before fully tightening the bolts place some weights on it, then tighten them and you will obviously need anchoring weights on the feet. You can use whatever but the least amount of weight needed for no rocking is about 45-50 lbs. I highly recommend this product.
That it arrived as scheduled.
Pretty easy to set up and does the job for bench press and squats.
These are good for light squats. There's nothing wrong with the rack per se, it's just that the base isn't that heavy so you have to weigh the feet down with something so that it doesn't tip when re-racking the bar. Sandbags or extra plates work just fine. Assembly is a piece of cake. Also, mind the feet when stepping forward to re-rack.
Good home gym starter rack for someone with limited space. Work well for squats, chest and shoulder press. Just would not do max lifts alone with these.
Good for squats, but no good position for bench presses.
