Alden Design 36" Cat Tree with Condo and Scratching Post Tower, Dark Gray

It recommends 2 people to assemble it. FYI: I'm almost 72 %26 have both neuropathy %26 arthritis in my hands. No problem assembling this on my own, while watching TV, with all the parts on my sofa. Not kidding! I wasn't expecting much it to be really solid cat tower but I am VERY pleased. I have a 10 lb female cat who was a feral that I took in. After 3 years, the tower she had looked like a shredded mess. This one is nicer %26 better made than that one %26 it was $30 more, 3 years ago. I found this one was very easy to assemble %26 the directions were clear. All the parts needed were clearly defined but check before you star putting it together so you know you have the right amount of pieces, go page by page, get what you need together for each step, %26 you won't have a problem. She loves to sit in the sunroom in front of the glass door %26 the room is shrimp pink so I also bought her one in the pink. Gorgeous! I'll have that assembled, too, as soon as I sign off. Really, for this price, you can't go wrong, especially when it's well-made. I don't give 5-star ratings or good reviews if I feel something isn't worth it. NOTE: I have wood floors so I put some nylon slider buttons on the bottom to make it easier to move the tower away from the window when needed. TIP: To make it easier to line up the predrilled holes %26 grooves for the screws, take a a pencil or pen %26 insert it to line them up. Leave it there %26 get the size screw you need for it, slowly remove the object aligning it, %26 insert the screw. This speeded up the assembly process a lot for me. As you can see by the photo, Lola is giving this 5-stars, too.

The Price was good for the Quality! It was very easy to put together and it wasn't too High or Tall for my 12 year old Cat that can't Jump as High as she used to could do because of her age and Arthritis! It does not take up a lot of room in my small Apartment!

I purchased this cat tree for two large cats that I love a lot, and I am sure it will last a long time, I love its sturdiness. The beautiful pink in it will brighten the cats' room and their mood :) The fact that it has three levels makes it even better because both cats can use it at the same time. The scratching post is very welcome! They can now scratch that and not the armchair :)

This Cat Tower is built like a tank! Super sturdy! My Cat INSTANTLY fell in love with this tower! If she's not on my lap, she's playing with...or laying on her favorite perch! I think you'll be amazed with the quality, just take your time putting it together and make sure everything is lightly tightened together before it's completely assembled. 5 Stars out of 5 Stars!

My cats loved it immediately! They love to chase each other up the tree and the scratching posts are in the perfect spot for them to use. It's not too tall that you have to worry about it tipping over and it doesn't take up much space. It's something they use daily

It was a bit tricky and alot of work to assemble it. The directions were good just had some difficulty doing it by myself so i had a friend come over and help me. That was a big help! My kitten 7 month old absolutely loves it! its just the right size and i didn't need to fasten it to the wall for the cat tree tipping or falling over. i recommend it for a smaller cat like mine.

I always thought that this would be a waste of money. But when my granddaughter put it together the cats have ball on it ! Go figure your never to old to learn something new! I have 3 years old cat girl and recently got a 8 weeks old boy kitten my daughter found on the Hwy 95 That's Sophie and Oreo is the boy cat but he's alseep on my lap! It's perfect for my two cats and the price was very reasonable Thank you nana

First two levels went together great. Third level we could not get on. The holes did not line up to get the screws in, but when we tried to take them out to try a different way they would not come out. Two levels is ok for my two kittens but I really would have liked the scratch pole and top bed for them. Considered returning but did not want to disassemble the whole thing and rebox

I'm unable to finish putting it together because of this missing screw. It is definitely one that is needed to finish putting it together. Right now it's just in the middle of the living room half put together. If the company or Walmart contacts me to send me the screw and I'm able to put it together then I'll completely change my review and stars. So far though it's been easy to put together and it's really cute.

I bought the Alden Pink 36” Cat Tree for my new kitten and was so excited to find something pink, cute, and the perfect medium size. I read the reviews and figured I could handle putting it together since I'm pretty thrifty and usually good with assembly. Well, I was very wrong. The entire thing was a mess. The holes weren't drilled in the correct spots, which made it impossible to line anything up. I got halfway through before realizing nothing was going to fit together no matter how hard I tried. I ended up having to take it completely apart and return it to Walmart. Overall, I loved the look of it, but the assembly was an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend this product at all.
